my love letter to cullowhee 💌

I may have student debt and about $40 to my name, but looking at the amount of incredible people I have in my life makes me feel richer than anyone in the world. When I started at Western I had a handful of friends and was insecure about EVERYTHINGGG, I thought so little of myself and now I have over 100 people who would slap me across the face if I said anything self deprecating. Cullowhee felt like gaining sentience a second time, I am a completely different person than that 17 year old who moved into Benton and I don’t think younger me would ever imagine the amount of unconditional love and support I have for everyone and that they have for me. Every time I wanted to give up I had so many people in my corner cheering me on. There are not enough words in all the languages in the world that can describe how grateful I am that I chose WCU, it truly saved my life in ways I didn’t know a college could. It’s not goodbye, just see you later (also it only let me tag 20 of u but yall know I love u) by @illumilottie
