Sacred Hapé Making Ceremony

Join us for a heart-centred day of connection, creativity, and ceremony as we craft Hapé from plants growing on this very land in the UK.

Together we will honour Mother Earth through mindful foraging, harvesting native herbs with gratitude and intention. As a community, we will prepare the medicine by drying, grinding, blending, and infusing the plants while offering our prayers into the process.

Throughout the day we will gather around the sacred fire, connect through mantra, drumming, singing, movement, and prayer, creating a space for healing, gratitude, and deep connection with nature.

FOUR Years… 📣📣📣📣

Time has a beautiful way of showing you what really matters.

What started as a vision became a space. That space became a feeling. And that feeling became a family.

To every single soul who has crossed the threshold of The Lighthouse Hub, thank you. Whether you’ve been here once or a hundred times, you’ve left a piece of your energy here, and together we’ve created something far greater than any of us could have imagined!

Last night was pure magic. We celebrated until the early hours, surrounded by love, laughter, music and deep connection. A reminder that when people come together with open in mind and heart, something unforgettable happens.

The journey doesn’t stop here….

We’re keeping the frequency high and doing it all again this week.

Doors open Thursdays at 6:30pm.

Join us for a peaceful and supportive healing ceremony using sacred Amazonian plant medicines. This is a safe space to relax, let go of what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself.

The Medicines

🌿 Piñon Blanco
A gentle plant medicine used to support emotional healing, reduce stress, clear energy, and bring greater balance and clarity.

🌬 Hapé
A traditional Amazonian snuff applied through the nose to help quiet the mind, release emotional tension, improve focus, and deepen your connection to yourself.

👁 Sananga
Sacred eye drops used to cleanse physical and energetic vision. Many people experience greater inner clarity, emotional release, and a deep sense of calm.

How to Prepare

* Eat light, healthy meals the day before.
* Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and processed foods for 24–48 hours before the ceremony.
* Drink plenty of water.
* Take a few moments to think about your intention for the day.

After the Ceremony

Give yourself time to rest, stay hydrated, and allow the experience to settle. Journalling or spending time in nature can help with integration.

Please Bring

* A journal and pen
* A water bottle (4 litres recommended)
* Comfortable light-coloured clothing (please avoid black and red)
* Fruit or a healthy snack to share (optional)
* An open heart and mind

Optional Kambo

For those who feel called, Kambo ceremonies are also available separately. This traditional frog medicine is known for supporting deep detoxification, emotional release, mental clarity, and renewed energy. Please enquire for more information and available dates.

Four years ago, The Lighthouse began with a simple vision: to create a space where people could come home to themselves and to each other. We didn’t know exactly where the journey would lead, but we trusted the process, followed our hearts, and believed in the power of community.

Step into the beautiful world of Reiki and begin a powerful journey of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. 🌿✨

Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing practice developed in the 1920s by Mikao Usui. The word Reiki translates to “universal life energy” and works by helping restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle energy healing, Reiki encourages deep relaxation, helping the body release stress and activate its own natural healing abilities.

Whether you’re looking to heal yourself, support loved ones, or begin a holistic healing path, this sacred Reiki Level 1 training offers the perfect foundation. During this immersive in-person experience, you’ll receive your Level 1 Reiki attunement, learn the history and principles of Reiki, practise self-healing techniques, understand energy awareness, and gain the confidence to share Reiki with family and friends.

Your teacher, Master Jake (@wingsofbuddha), began his Reiki journey in 2015 and brings together years of experience in holistic healing. Alongside Reiki, Jake has trained in Shiatsu Massage, Cupping Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Shamanic practices, counselling, life coaching, physical training, and working with the body’s meridians and pressure points. His passion is helping others reconnect with their natural healing abilities in a safe, supportive, and heart-centred environment.

🥗 All delicious food, refreshments and ceremonial cacao are included, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
