It’s been a while but hello! It was my bday a couple days ago and during this time it always gets me reflecting about my life. Honestly I am in the best place mentally and physically than I have ever been in my adult life. It’s taken a bunch of work and reprioritizing my life but I’m doing it. Everyday I am doing it. Taking time away from going on social media, spending more time being active, sleeping, eating good food, putting myself first (not in a selfish way), understanding how to control/ change what stress’s me out, journaling and breath work/ meditation. It all helps me be in that happy medium. Even with curveballs that life throws at you from time to time I’m in a great place and can find it a lot easier. Just a little update from my neck of the woods. I hope I can cross paths with some of you soon/ give me a jingle and say hello xoxo
also I am 2 plus years no alcohol.( awhile fully sober with no weed) I decided awhile ago I am never going to drink again so I actually stopped caring about keeping track. If you quit I hope you stay strong and never slip up! by @illvaughn

It’s been awhile but here I am and hello!! I hope all of you are doing very well and I hope I can cross paths with some people soon. Ps I just ran my first half marathon trail run at fort Ebey!
