Triple chocolate chip cookies 🍪 Check my reels for the recipe!

~ These cookies came out so delicious. It’s soft and fudgy inside and crispy outside!! Guys you have to try out this recipe.

You will NOT be disappointed ✨🤗
Ingredients:

* 125 g unsalted butter
* 100 g light brown sugar
* 75 g white granulated sugar
* 1 medium egg
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp red food colouring
* 265 g plain flour
* 15 g cocoa powder
* 1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 300 g white chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
Method:
Pre-heat your oven for 5-10 minutes gas mark 5, 190 Celsius or 374 Fahrenheit.

Add butter and sugars to a bowl and mix.
Add in your egg, vanilla and red food colouring and mix. Then add all your dry ingredients and mix. Add in your chocolates and stir until they’re distributed well.

You can use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the dough. Or, you can use your clean hands and roll out balls. Once it goes into the oven, turn down the heat to gas mark 3, 160 Celsius or 325 Fahrenheit and bake for 9 minutes. Once it’s out of the oven let the cookies cool down for about 20 minutes. Enjoy ✨
