the truth is,

you have this grace and grit in the way you handle life that i always admire. i think of you when i think of a woman who knows what she wants and works hard for it so seeing you reap the fruits of your labour and everything you’ve been working for is just the universe returning the favour.

My first thought? I want them on my body! As someone who likes to show skin here and there, I love how these designs capture that essence of being soft yet alluring.

You can feel the strength in every design, structurally crafted to blur the lines between masculinity and femininity.

I was gagging over low cher yan’s collection, i used to collect fashion magazines growing up, and pieces like these, i sure could see on the pages of zines.

[ELISE LIM]
The tension between restraint and reveal really caught my attention. The collection invites you to feel something for sure, and i felt something.

Clean lines, clean silhouette. The texture gives depth and dimension, and I love it.

a PINCH ME moment 💫 ———

The recently concluded Orchard Road Fashion Week got me thinking, “this is what I’m supposed to be doing.”

It felt like a space I belonged in. It felt right.

People closest to me know how fascinated I’ve always been with fashion. I know I still need to put myself out there more to experience and learn. More importantly, to keep showing up for a dream that doesn’t feel impossible anymore.

But for now, this moment feels special. Let me soak this in—my very first Fashion Week. Something I’ll carry with me forever.

Thank you, ORFW, for letting me be a part of this. You just made someone’s dream come true. ✨
