I’m running amok through Berlin next minute I got a guitar. One that I played once before on the streets 😄 props to brother @melliemelliemeteors for lending me his baby AGAIN, let’s gooo!!

Haha I love how everyone pulls out their drinks and gets into this party of a moment 😄💃🏻🍻

I want to know how we can shine together ☀️🌈

Thanks to my homies for the ongoing support and always encouraging and pointing me in the right direction ❤️💃🏻

Spent all day at the centre yesterday and it was just magical!
Filled with beautiful conversations with @mo.urban.monk and @allisonmerchellnavarro , lots of soul music, creation, tea and more tea and most of all
CONNECTION.
To self, to others, to the divine, to nature.
That’s what it’s all about, connection.
Sooooooo grateful for the @innerlightmeditationcentre and for Mo and Alli who are brave enough pioneers to call this spiritual home into existence so we can play, grow, express and be part of a community.
Sooooo grateful for everyone who comes and supports and enjoys all the beautiful offerings with us!
With all my heart I sing for you, for us!
So much love to everyone,
Your lioness

Tea is more than ritual. It is also a sense of gathering. A sense of community. So grateful for this practice.

One of my favourite photos of Mr. Paul Freeman from a few years back. Well.. actually, just one of many.

We created so much magic together!

I love it when people come together, each doing what they do best, and we all grow together.

And that’s how we shine together. ✨
