Sand Trails Sweater - modifications <3 1. I used different yarn than suggested! Here you can see alpaca & brushed alpaca silk, whereas air was used for the original. 2. I kept the needle size the same but opted for a size bigger because of the different gauge. 3. the sleeves are entirely different because I wanted them much bigger. I casted on for the pattern repeat of the front of the sweater and knitted said pattern in the round, rather than the chart that was originally meant for the sleeves. 4. I then had to knit more decreases on the raglan part of the sleeves. I did them according to the pattern (every second row) and once the raglan part was halfway done, I decreased on every row but only on the sleeve-part of the round The rest stayed pretty much the same!! Hope this helped <3 by @ilsyknits

Werbung | A sunday well spent <3 I’m so type b when it comes to reading patterns & @thelooseloop helps so much with that. What do you can upload your pattern and the app tells you what to do? by @ilsyknits
Happy WIP Wednesday ! I’m currently RUSHING to get these two done, so I have capacity for all the other winter knits that are on my to-knit-list for this autumn/ winter - and it’s a long one 🌟🍂 both re so much fun to knit up 1. #frøyasweater by @ingriddyb 2. #sandokcablesweater by @tuvasandok (I feel like my yarn combo makes it look really similar to the original version she did which I’m OBSESSED with by the way - highly recommend if you’re looking for the same oversized fit!) with the looser ribbing I felt super inspired by @knitbyemmawiigh ❣️ by @ilsyknits
On an @ingriddyb hype currently <3 also, it’s finally #malmözipper season again @lesfillesducoeur and I get to wear my #hannicardigan by @knittersandfriends. Life is good 🌟🍂🥮🍁🎂🐾 by @ilsyknits
