Sharing a poetry piece from Day 3 of our shadow work container, Communion III, with @lacasadeluz108 🖤🪞

Written in the voice of my future self, and felt more deeply in my body last week while enjoying some retail therapy with my girlfriends.♥️

Allowing myself to be visible without fear of how I am perceived, and trusting my inner knowing. ✨🧿

How do you carry your prayers?

As I sat with the intentions behind my first retreat, One with the Earth, I thought about the medicines that were woven long before the settlers came.

The sacred weaving of tobacco and cloth. A special practice for Sun and Moon Dancers as they prepare for their fasting and sacrifice.

Each bundle carries a prayer. Each cloth represents a direction.

We started in the South, as we do in Soul Retrieval, representing discovery, understanding, the Red Road, and the seven generations coming after us.

The next day, the West. Prayers filled with the divine feminine, the jaguar, and owl spirit. Seeing through the darkness of transformation and release.

We sat with the North, the space of those who have gone before us. The winter silence and the ancestral lineages we hold.

On the day of the equinox, we finished with the East. The space of new beginnings, the sun, and the true patriarchy.

13 bundles for each direction. 52 in total, offered to the fire so the prayers may rise with the flame.

This is not to show off a tradition. This is to honor the teachings of this land.

The Art of Prayer Bundles. Prayers up! 🪶

The portal is open — Communion III begins June 14th.

Communion was created for moments like this: the threshold between seasons, where one cycle is ending and another is asking to be born.

🌿 As Spring ripens into Summer:
• The light reveals what still longs to be integrated
• Growth reveals the fears that still need tending
• New desires begin asking for space to bloom
• Your inner garden asks for patience, nourishment, and care

Before we move fully into Summer’s expansion, Communion offers space to slow down, listen deeply, and tend to the truths that are asking to be witnessed.

Through seven days of shadow work, ritual, reflection, ancestral connection, somatic practices, and a guided Soul Retrieval ceremony, we gather the pieces of ourselves that are ready to be welcomed home.

If you’ve been feeling the call to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner truth, this journey is for you.

Energetic Exchange: $108

Comment “COMMUNION” for the link to join, or visit the link in bio. 🕯️

Thank you for your trust. I’ll meet you at the threshold.

These last 4 weeks unveiled so much.🥀𓂀⚔️
Grateful for my dear sister's @lacasadeluz108 Communion container. A 7-day shadow work journey that opened the flood gates to my 𝒐𝒃𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝒎𝒊𝒓𝒓𝒐𝒓 (seeing where 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦) & in divine time, my soul was ready to face it ALL.

The internal shift is so palpable. The magic realism of my experience has been truthfully busted wide open.

Inner peace cultivation, met with copious amounts of resistance..
outdated programs burned with permission.
Isis𓆃 reawakened, soul love is not forsaken, kundalini activation.
Sacred temple, my safe haven.𓋹
My body's silent screams have culminated for release. & this track 🎧 speaks in Resonance.

I feel so held by my soul family🤲🏽🪷🪬, we're not meant to do this alone.

#Messengers2025 Day 28✨️

This 28-day challenge helped me give myself permission to show up in ways I had previously held back from. I feel more open to being my true self, courageous enough to meet my edges, rooted in my truth, and open to divine connections~ rooted in love and authenticity. It was a deep practice in showing up with full integrity and witnessing my growth along with my challenges.
Supremely grateful.
