And just like that, my first Burning Man is over.
I stepped into a desert for one week and immediately found myself in Wonderland. It has been one of the most incredible experiences of my entire life. I had the best time, met wonderful people and I was surrounded by light, love, in a place where everything seemed possible. I left a piece of my heart in the dust.🌪️🫶✨
Thank you to the people who made this trip so unique and unforgettable. Looking forward to see you all in the real world and in the future Burns to come 🔥❤️

A little skincare discovery I thought was worth sharing. 🤍

For years I bought skincare the usual way: recommendations, reviews, trending products, Korean skincare… and some of them were genuinely good.

Recently, though, my aesthetic doctor asked me exactly what I was using and, after looking at my skin and my specific concerns, prescribed a night cream formulated specifically for me.

I took the prescription to a pharmacy and they compounded it there.

Price: €35.

And because I have the prescription, I also know exactly which active ingredients are inside the formula, which makes the whole thing even more interesting to me.

I’ve been using it consistently and, so far, I’m really happy with how my skin is responding.

What I’ve learned from this is that good skincare doesn’t necessarily mean more products, more trends or a higher price tag.

Sometimes it simply means using the right ingredients for your skin.

Of course, what works for me may be completely different from what works for someone else. But if you have an aesthetic doctor or dermatologist you really trust, it might be worth asking them what ingredients actually make sense for your skin instead of simply following the latest trend.
