🍎 Apple Pie Nachos 🍎

These apple pie nachos are the perfect fall dessert. They’re light and flaky with the a sweet apple cinnamon topping . The fry time was done in a snap and the smell of sweet cinnamon apples filled the kitchen. I paired my apple pie nachos with some home made whipped cream and enjoyed !!.

Apple topping

* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 1/2 cups finely chopped fuji or honeycrisp apples (about 2 large apples)
* 1/4 cup (50g) light brown sugar, packed
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
* 1/2 tsp cornstarch, mixed with 1 tbsp water
* 1/4 cup sugar

One pack of 12 count flour tortillas
*Cut into triangles and dust it in cinnamon sugar*

Biscoff no bake cheesecake

So I saw these no bake biscoff cheesecake’s on the Internet and I knew it was an absolute must try. I’m not a big fan of no bake cheesecake but these came out absolutely perfect. They weren’t too sweet and the perfect balance between the Biscoff cookie and the Biscoff cheesecake was divine.

Ingredients:
Cheesecake filling 🧁
Two blocks of soften 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of Biscoff cookie butter
One cup of heavy whipping cream

Cheesecake crust 🥮
Half a pack of Biscoff Cookies
1/3 stick of melted butter 🧈

Pie Filling
* 1 box store bought pie dough, containing 2 sheets *see notes for GF option
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter (reg or plant-based)
* 2 1/2 cups finely chopped fuji or honeycrisp apples (about 2 large apples)
* 1/4 cup (50g) light brown sugar, packed
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
* 1/2 tsp cornstarch, mixed with 1 tbsp water
Cinnamon Sugar
* 1 large egg
* 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Spray a nonstick baking sheet spray on some nonstick spray add your apple pie minis and bake for 12 minutes on 400° and enjoy !!.

There comes a point where you realize you’re not the same person you were when certain people, places, and experiences entered your life.

Not bitter. Not broken. Not waiting for an apology.

Just different.

There are versions of me that had to be left behind not because they were weak, but because they had already taught me everything they were supposed to teach me.

I learned that peace doesn’t always look like having answers.

I learned that growth can be quiet. You don’t always announce the transformation. Sometimes you simply move differently, choose differently, love differently, and stop explaining yourself to people committed to misunderstanding you.

And maybe that’s what makes certain memories feel like ghosts.

They belong to a version of you that no longer exists.

I’m grateful for every version of me that got me here.

But I don’t live there anymore. 🖤

🍓🤍 WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY COOKIES 🤍🍓

I took a classic chocolate chip cookie base and gave it my own little twist! 🍪✨

BIG shoutout to @philip_lemoine for the original chocolate chip cookie base! 🙌🏽 I swapped out the semisweet chocolate, added white chocolate + frozen raspberries, and made it my own. 🍓🤍

🍪 MY WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY RECIPE

Ingredients:

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* ½ tsp baking soda
* ½ tsp salt
* ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1 cup packed brown sugar
* ⅓ cup white sugar
* 1 tbsp vanilla extract
* 1 whole egg
* 1 egg yolk
* 2 cups white chocolate chips/chunks
* ¾–1 cup frozen raspberries

👩🏽‍🍳 Directions:

1. Combine flour, baking soda & salt.
2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar & white sugar.
3. Add vanilla, egg & egg yolk and mix until combined.
4. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients.
5. Fold in the white chocolate.
6. Gently fold in the frozen raspberries — DO NOT thaw them! 🍓
7. Scoop into cookie dough balls and chill for 30–45 minutes.
8. Bake at 325°F for 15–17 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.
9. Let them cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.

✨ TIP: Chilling the dough helps keep these cookies thick, chewy and from spreading too much!

Sweet, creamy, tart, buttery… EVERYTHING I wanted in a cookie. 😮‍💨🍓🤍

💙🍪 COOKIE MONSTER COOKIES 🍪💙

These Cookie Monster Cookies are BIG, soft, chewy, loaded with chocolate, and stuffed with a whole Oreo! 😮‍💨💙

✨ INGREDIENTS
• 1 box white cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp Oreo Jell-O pudding mix
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup crushed Oreos
• 1 tsp royal blue gel food coloring
• 1 Cookies & Cream candy bar
• Whole Oreos for stuffing 🍪

👩🏽‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE THEM
Mix your dough and chill for at least 45 minutes. Weigh each cookie to 4 oz, then stuff each one with a whole Oreo. Bake at 340°F for 14 minutes.

If @beyonce had a cookie… THIS WOULD BE IT. 👑🐝🍪

Meet my Ferrero Shea Double-Stuffed Chocolate Cookie 🤎✨ a rich, chocolatey cookie packed with semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped hazelnuts, and a creamy hazelnut center… then topped with MORE chocolate and a Ferrero Rocher. 😮‍💨🔥

And listen… I couldn’t find the exact hazelnut spread she used from Walmart, so I had to IMPROVISE! 🙌🏽

I used the Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut Bar instead — and BABYYYY… the results?! 🤤🍫 DON’T SLEEP ON THE SUBSTITUTE! Thank you to @cussin_baker_ for INSPO !!

🍪 INGREDIENTS

• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• 1 cup mini semi-sweet Toll House chocolate chips
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• Chopped hazelnuts
• White chocolate hazelnut Ferrero Rocher bar
• Almond bark or your favorite melting chocolate
• Ferrero Rocher candies

👩🏽‍🍳 THE METHOD

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil & chocolate chips together. Chill dough for 45 minutes.

Weigh each cookie to 3.5 oz, stuff with the frozen hazelnut cream, and bake at 350°F for 14 minutes. 🍪🔥

Let them cool, drizzle/dip in your melted chocolate, add those chopped hazelnuts and finish with a Ferrero Rocher. ✨

That golden finish? PURE LUXURY. 💰🍫

Dolly, baby… you can have whatever you want, but you better leave these cookies alone. 😂😭🍪

These Cookies & Cream Cake Box Cookies are soft, chewy, loaded with crushed Oreos AND chopped Cookies & Cream candy bar pieces. Because apparently one kind of cookies & cream wasn’t enough. 🤭

✨ INGREDIENTS
• 1 box white cake mix
• 1½ tbsp Oreo Jell-O pudding mix
• 1 tsp Cookie Nip
• 1 XL Cookies & Cream candy bar, chopped
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup oil
• 1 cup Oreos, crushed

👩🏽‍🍳 TUTORIAL
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Mix cake mix + Oreo pudding mix.
3️⃣ Add eggs, oil & Cookie Nip. Mix until combined.
4️⃣ Fold in crushed Oreos + chopped candy bar.
5️⃣ Scoop onto a lined baking sheet.
6️⃣ Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes.
7️⃣ Let them cool… if you can resist. 😂🍪

Here’s what you’ll need:
🍰 1 box red velvet cake mix
🥚 2 large eggs
🫗 ½ cup vegetable oil
🍮 2 tbsp Oreo Jell-O pudding mix
🍪 1 cup chopped Oreos
🍫 1 cup mini chocolate chips
🍪 Oreos
🤍 Almond bark
🍫 1 Cookies & Cream candy bar

The move: Mix that dough up and chill for at least 45 minutes. Then bake at 350°F for 14 minutes & 30 seconds. ⏰

Shoutout to @cussin_baker_ for the inspo! 🫶🏽 These strawberry cookies are SO easy, soft, chewy, and packed with flavor! 😍🍪

✨ RECIPE
• 1 box Duncan Hines Strawberry Cake Mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup vanilla chocolate chips
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• ½ tsp strawberry emulsion

🔥 DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix everything together, scoop onto a baking sheet, and bake for 8–9 minutes. Let them cool before diving in!

🍓 Soft. Chewy. Strawberry goodness. 🍓
