Some Shennanigans i did when i woke up this morning , used claude to build a video to ARkit shapekeys standlone quick extractor desktop app, and gave it the worst case scenario footage with skipped frames and let it rip, it came out pretty good fow how shit the footage was and the application itself works very well, i think i might publish it as is somewhere as it seems pretty handy for fun stuff like this . idk let me know if some application like that would be useful for you.

Iterations and progress on the suit and the character design for John Stewart from #lanterns , i wanted to keep the classic suit so i kept it sleek and not many lines and extra texture, pretty happy with the groom considering how little time ive been able to give this project even though im free asf, focusing on health , physical and mental is the real demand for the ring i guess. I hope this doesnt look too uncanny @aaron_pierre1 .

Just straight up posting work in progress at this point because ive realised i dont post anything at all. This ones a quick lookdev for the construct fx i made in blender for a #lanterns personal project im working on. Its very crude but i think it looks cool so im just putting it out there cuz why not.
I feel like i want to just post more wip to kind of let go and feel free again. The show has been great and i really wana make something for it to show my appreciation.

Experimenting 4D Gaussian Splatting from Monocular Videos, stuck my phone to the ceiling fan for dramatic effect 🤡, the tech is still very primitive for monocular estimation, especially considering it wasnt meant for video use , i just used Apples ML Sharp to get 3d gaussians of my footage (which i had to downscale to 480p to be able to process on my 3070 laptop, still took 4 minutes per frame , also each frame was around 67 mb and total filesize went to 10 gb)
Used the universal Gaussian splatting nodes for blender to render it out in cycles , pretty crude but has potential, i loved the new @asaprocky music video so wanted to try something using splats myself.

2025, i was totally not going to make this reel, but this year things have changed, learning to be better, bot only as an artist but also as a person, especially for myself, i spent the last year thinking im wasting my time constantly and then beating myself over it, but after i collected all of the footage this morning i was really surprised by the amount of things ive done and how far ive come, every month was a steep learning curve, i tried not to stick to what i knew, kept pushing my boundaries, enough to forget that there were any in the first place, happy new year to everyone, 2026 is the new 2016 and i know the people who work hard this year will just skyrocket, lots of love , ill try to be more active, now that ive got this off my chest , theres things in motion that i cannot reveal so i guess yall will have to wait and see 💓
