2024 is the year of accomplishing big goals!

I’ve dreamed of becoming a @sessionpilates instructor for a veryyyy long time. Y’all know how obsessed I am with SESSION & not to be dramatic buuut Pilates completely changed my life! Biggest thank you ever to @westgissinger and @bgrignon - I have such an appreciation for this training process y’all have built, I am honored to have learned from the very best & will forever be inspired by you both! Shoutout to @theallisoneffect @berkiki @lizaaa_myers and @sarahhacks for all of your time, tough love, and most importantly, pouring wisdom into all of us - forever grateful!

Lastly, big thank you to ALL of my friends and family who came to my mocks & supported me throughout this process - I wouldn’t be here without y’all!
