If you are 36 weeks pregnant, this is what your little baby looks like 🥹

Being a NICU parent is way harder than I thought…I always pictured being able to do skin to skin right after birth, having her in my hospital room, getting in all the newborn cuddles, and going home with her. Seeing her with all the IVs, leads, and constant beeping/alarms is heartbreaking but I’m staying positive because she’s getting stronger every day!! Praying for all the NICU mommas and babies out there 🤍 We got this!!!

I was SO EMO about moving Ava into her own room and meanwhile she literally could not care less 😂 She’s been sleeping better, has so much more room to move around and apparently decided she’s a stomach sleeper now lol

Just another motherhood moment where I spent way more time stressing about the transition than I needed to. If you’ve been putting it off too, just try it!! You can always move them right back if it’s a disaster 😂
