90/90 Stretch • Hits internal AND external hip rotation in one position • Exposes which side is tighter (you’ll feel it immediately) • Builds control in end-range, not just flexibility — so it holds up under load, not just on the mat Most hip stretches only address one plane. This one covers both, which is why it transfers to actual movement. What to actually do: Sit with front leg bent 90°, back leg bent 90° behind you. Keep chest tall, both sit bones down. Hold 60–90 seconds, then switch sides. Add slow lean-forwards once it feels easy. #fitness #mobility #hipmobility #fitnesstips by @imagewriter
