Days 1 to 7 drawings for Inktober done! I've decided to make this into a weekly thing where I compile all the work I've finished for each prompt, I may have cheated a little coz some of these I couldn't finish in a day so I had to work on it the next day 😭😭. I'm just going with the themes honestly, and yes they're mostly OCs but there are some canon characters in here as well ajdkdkdkd (and the moods for each drawing are...so different from one another too so I apologize if there is a sudden whiplash of a cheerful drawing to a darker one 😭😭)

Day 1: Apple

"Fruit of the Goddess"

for this prompt I chose my OC Aika Suzune since I've long associated her with apples all because of how she acts like "Goddess Eris", her persona, an identity she must act. And what better way than to affiliate it with the Greek myth of Goddess Eris and her Golden Apple of discord, the one that was used to exploit the divine vanity of three goddesses (Hera, Aphrodite, and Athena) and that led to the Trojan War. Aika admired the chaotic nature of the Goddess to the point of acting like Eris. She even calls her friends "Golden Apples" when she's in her Goddess Eris act. But sadly, this is also the cause of her demise, as a certain deity felt insulted at Aika's "caricature" of the Goddess."

Day 2: Relic

"Loved One"

Saffyna Miki hugging an old, broken statue of her younger self. Enough said 🥲

"Would I be strong enough to protect you? Will time allow me to go back and make things right?"

#ocart #enstarsoc #traditionalart #inktoberday2

Day 3: Miniature

"The Vanity Witch Wants To Play"

This one is also quite lore-heavy ahdndnnd Calaena Hugo (the woman on the right) is a Witch who wants to take control of reality, wants to put the curse of her presence on her "actors" and those actors being Ouranos (the primordial god of the skies and her husband) and Catherine Hugo (her daughter).

Day 4: Cactus

I was debating whether to do a Twice drawing for this since they have a song called Cactus but this sketchbook woul by @imaginary_mind10

Ensemble Stars (Valkyrie) x OC (Saffyna Miki)

my entry for the oc mashup event hosted by lilfoxieart19 on Cara ! 🥺💜

Upon discovering this event, I was so overjoyed and excited that I immediately started working on the layout and sketch for this 😭 I love combining the media that I adore with my OCs, it creates endless possibilities for designs or lore of the characters 🥺

For this one, I chose the idol game/anime series Ensemble Stars for the franchise and my OC Saffyna Miki to represent it. It's quite fitting actually since Saffyna is an Ensemble Stars OC and what better way than to have her wear almost all of Valkyrie's performance outfits! 🥹 Saffyna is Valkyrie's producer and they mean so much to her too. From the lovely default costumes to the new and beautiful "Stranger's Sun" outfit. Every costume was so fun to draw and it was such a delight to see Saffyna wearing it as well 🥹

Fun fact: The various flowers that spread across this piece are actually the flowers Saffyna gives to Shu Itsuki and Mika Kagehira (members of Valkyrie) after their performances. So each outfit has a flower connected to it and those flowers are Saffyna's since she loves gardening thanks to her grandma and father 🥺🫶🏻

Sorry for the long ramble, this was such a fun event and looking at the other entries, they are all so talented and creative as well! 😭

after months of putting this piece on hold, I finally finished this 😭💜

this is honestly such an important piece to me since it pays homage to the old drawing that I made way back in 2021. All the characters here are my best friend's @thelittleandersen and I's OCs, and it shows that after all this time things have never changed for the "bayots" relationship with each other. They're still one big, happy and chaotic family 😭🥺🥹

I especially wanna thank everyone who has been sending me sweet and kind messages, y'all don't know how much you've encouraged me to keep going and to keep doing what I love. And to kambs @thelittleandersen this is my gift for you, to celebrate our friendship, love you so so much and I'm so grateful to be your kambs 💜💜

Love you all so much 🥹💜💜 by @imaginary_mind10

yes another Shuffyna post 🥹🩷💜

I decided to finish this WIP I made months ago and thought that it would be something for their 3rd year anniversary (yes, I've shipped them for three years now, and loved Shu for 8 years 🥹). And I guess I wanted the theme for this to be "The love that blooms for eternity". I've always associated this ship with flowers or just the flower language in general, among other things like fairytales, storybooks, ribbons, antique stuff and fashion and I wanted to culminate something that shows who they are and what their love looks like. 🥺🩷💜

And yes, they're holding each other's flowers 🥹🥹

"made of sunlight, moonlight" 🩷💜

long time no Shuffyna ahdjdjsjs honestly I missed them so much and when I listened to Sun and Moon from the musical Miss Saigon again, I realized that this song fits them so well and feels more like the conclusion of what their relationship has developed into. 🥹

This song also describes how they see each other, like how Saffyna sees Shu as this bright, bigger-than-life sunlight no one can ever look away from and Shu sees her as the waning moon, quiet and calm but just as bright and beautiful, giving peace and reflection to anyone who needs it. I just love them so much 🥹

(couldn't fit the whole pic here because IG cropping sucks so I'm putting it in my story 😒)

(the last pic looked cute so I put it here as well qwq)

dee dada dee~ 💃🏻 (Kiss n Tell OC version)

I swear this song is so addictive, I honestly can't stop listening to it that it inspired me to draw my 4 OC girlies as Aespa 🥹🫶🏻 I've always associated them with Aespa since they're the same in number of people and their dynamic as well; close friendships, a clear and unbreakable bond together. Really had fun drawing them individually though raaaah, I'm obsessed with this concept and this era a lot. Y2k/bright concepts will always be a favourite of mine 🥺💜💜 (sorry if y'all get to hear this song looped over and over again in my stories 😭✌🏻)
