I’ve been journalling creatively a little more than painting, since it’s a little less stressful, this is a page I made a while back based on the movie Damsel starring Millie Bobby Brown (one of my favorite actresses 🤩), with the little watercolor sketch being inspired by the 3rd picture. I had a lot of fun making the collage tbh, hope you like it!🤍 by @iman_lalani

Hi!! Here are some of the pins I was making over the spring break, these are part of a lil series that I'd like to think of as "under the microscope", you can swipe to see what each of them is in a little more detail, hope you like them!

I have used microscopy pictures from Pinterest and free images for the pins to be scientifically accurate, and the black pin on the bottom right is a picture that I took myself in a class. The supplies I used were air-dry clay, pin backings, hot glue, acrylics and a spray varnish. by @iman_lalani

Alhamdulillah, (translating to "All praise is due to Allah") is a beautiful word, and is usually said when you want to say everything is fine, or is said when one feels blessed, or when things aren't great but one wants to remember and thank God for everything still. That is the word written in calligraphy above, and this is a painting I made for my home. I hope the message is one that I personally reflect on more :D

The sunset is painted with acrylics, with the original in the final slide, and I hope you like it! ✨ by @iman_lalani

Hii!!🌷I'm posting this quite a while after painting it, but I was inspired by the sunsets I saw on my Pinterest, especially because of the ✨sun shining through the branches✨ moment, and decided to make this piece. It had been such a long while I forgot about painting the background and went straight for the tree, then had to redo it ahah🥲 anyway, I hope you have a great day, and a great start to your academic year! Take care :D
🤍
(Done in acrylics on a 16 inch canvas, I definitely changed the colours of the sky and the flowers to play around with blues and oranges instead of the purples, I will post the inspo pic on my story, just in case you'd like to see) by @iman_lalani

Hii I tried making clay earrings because I decided to do anything but paint on an actual canvas 💀 (jk I do have a few big paintings I'll post soon) but I had a lot of fun trying something different with air dried clay and acrylic paints.

I was inspired to make the colourful earrings by that floral dress Taylor Swift wore at an award show because vivid flowers on an off-white background just looked too gorgeous. Some of the earrings are inspired by tiles and patterns I saw these holidays. I also tried creating the illusion of a marbled effect on the heart earrings, that was fun to try ☀️It was quite a struggle using a small brush and mine was giving me a hard time oop but I'll definitely try a part 2 again sometime in the future! Have a great day, thanks for reading 💛✨ by @iman_lalani

Heyy this is a lil chair post, I made a chair this semester for a class and this is a small peek into the process since I haven't done much art lately. Hope you enjoy!

I also wanted to make a tiny tiny dump of the semester, there's so much more but these were some happy days with some really kind people heheh, merry Christmas to whoever celebrates 💛 by @iman_lalani

Hii, this is a crochet bag I was working on for the past few weeks, it's not my first crochet piece, it's also one that I fell in love with after watching @jennaphipps 's YT video, and I've tried to recreate her design✨️ (this is not my original design, just a recreation because I love the colours🤩)

I hope you have a great day🧶

Hii, this is my second take on waterlilies, by Claude Monet. Monet has a really distinct style, and I've done something quite different from my first attempt- I think this one is closer to it? I did see some recreations, and I really wanted to try doing the lily pads with the colorful reflections :D I hope you like it🌸

A while back I found this landscape and tried to recapture it in acrylics🏔 I nearly gave up in the process of drawing reflections but I'm glad I didn't!
Thank you @ambreenpanjwani4 for the paints💛
