⁨ ⁨ گفتی اینطور نمی مونه…

دو شب پیش خواب دیدم دارم برای یه آهنگ از پالت موزیک‌ویدیو می‌سازم. از خواب که بیدار شدم، به نظرم رسید یه صفحه‌ی سیاه با یه ترنزیشن نرم به آسمون، خودش می‌تونه همه‌چیز رو بگه. بعدش کلاً از ذهنم رفت… تا امشب.

نشستم پای ادیت و چهار پنج ساعت غرقش شدم. انگار همه‌ی این حس‌ها که این روزها توی هوا معلقن، راهشون رو پیدا کرده بودن توی همون چند دقیقه تصویر.

روزهای عجیبه…
از یه طرف خبرها از ایران،
از یه طرف دیگه نیش و کنایه‌ی آدم‌ها.

یه جور خستگی که معلوم نیست از کجاست، ولی همه‌مون یه جوری حسش می‌کنیم.

فقط یه چیزی رو می‌دونم،
این حال، این روزها… موندنی نیست.

چهل روز گذشت و نامت رمز همبستگی و انقلاب شد. برای #مهسا_امینی و آنان که در این راه جان خود را فدا کردند تا آینده ای روشن برای #ایران بسازند. کسانی که گذشتند از خود و خانواده تا نهال #امید در دل تک تک #ایرانیان جوانه بزند.

Seattle; a city brought to life by the water.

Nestled along the Pacific Ocean, Seattle is filled with breathtaking views, vibrant neighborhoods, and a unique energy that’s hard to put into words.

I’ve always believed that a city without a river, a lake, or a coastline is missing something. Water gives a city its soul it brings movement, beauty, and a sense of calm that transforms the entire landscape.

This view captures the iconic Space Needle, the waters of the Pacific, and the heart of downtown Seattle a city that invites you to slow down, take it all in, and simply enjoy the moment.

سیاتل؛ شهری که آب به آن جان داده است.

شهری زیبا در آغوش اقیانوس آرام؛ پر از خیابان‌های دیدنی، چشم‌اندازهای خیره‌کننده و حال‌وهوایی که به‌سختی می‌توان فراموشش کرد.

همیشه معتقدم شهری که رودخانه، دریاچه یا ساحل نداشته باشد، چیزی کم دارد؛ انگار بخشی از روحش گم شده است. آب به شهر زندگی می‌بخشد، به آن حرکت، آرامش و هویتی متفاوت می‌دهد.

در این قاب، برج اسپیس نیدل، بخشی از اقیانوس آرام و قلب شهر سیاتل را می‌بینید؛ شهری که هر گوشه‌اش دعوتی است برای ایستادن، تماشا کردن و لذت بردن از لحظه.

Water and Fire

Water and fire; two faces of the same truth. One flows in silence, calm and yielding; the other burns with restless intensity. And between them stands the human being, a fleeting presence in the vast passage of time.

Perhaps life is, at its core, absurd. We enter it without choosing to begin, and we leave it without choosing the end. Yet meaning is not found in the destination; it is born from our resistance to that very absurdity. It emerges in our ability to love, to create, to forgive, and to continue moving forward, even when we know that nothing lasts forever.

At times, we are like water, quietly flowing through the landscape of our days. At other times, we are like fire, consumed by desire, passion, and pain. Some days we sink into the depths of sorrow; on others, we stand upon the peaks of joy. But neither grief nor happiness remains. Everything passes, and perhaps it is precisely this impermanence that gives each moment its value.

Death waits at the edge of every path not merely as an ending, but as the boundary that gives shape to the story. Without death, life would lose much of its urgency, its beauty, and its meaning. What makes a moment precious is not its permanence, but its fragility.

So perhaps the true question is not what meaning life possesses, but how we choose to create meaning within the brief space between birth and death. سفر به کالیفرنیا همیشه برای من پر از هیجان و ماجراجویی بوده، مخصوصاً وقتی قرار باشد همسفرم سَم @sam.ghazi باشد و بیشتر لحظه‌های سفر را با عکاسی و تصویربرداری بگذرانیم. اما این سفر حال‌وهوای متفاوتی داشت؛ حضور شازی @shshazi و کوچولوش آرشان، این تجربه را برایم صمیمی‌تر و شیرین‌تر کرد.

سفر به Big Bear Lake تبدیل شد به یکی از خاطره‌انگیزترین سفرهایی که داشتم؛ بخصوص با حضور کله پاچه و اولین بار که لیلا @leylalovespainting امتحان کرد 😅، دیدار دوباره با دوستان قدیمی که از طریق سَم با آن‌ها آشنا شده بودم و همین‌طور آشنایی با دوستان جدیدی که باز هم سَم واسطه‌ی این دوستی‌ها بود و هست.

این تصاویر تنها بخش کوچکی از ۲-۳ روز اقامت ما در Big Bear هستند که با پهپاد ثبت کردم؛ غروب‌های تماشایی، هیجان پیست اسکی، آرامش دریاچه و کوه‌هایی که شکوهشان تا همیشه در ذهنم ماندگار شد. بعضی سفرها فقط چند روز نیستند، بلکه تبدیل به خاطره‌ای می‌شوند که گوشه‌ای از ذهن و قلب آدم رو تسخیر میکنن.

چند قاب کوتاه از سفرمون به ساحل‌های زیبای کارولینای شمالی. از آرامش غروب‌های Oak Island، فانوس دریایی و صدای موج‌ها تا نمای ناو و حال‌وهوای شهر Wilmington…
این سفر کوتاه اما پر از لحظه‌های خوب، به دعوت دوست خوبم مهدی و همراهی خانواده عزیزش رقم خورد. گاهی فقط چند دقیقه کنار دریا کافی‌ست تا ذهنت ریست شود.

A short trip filled with beautiful memories, thanks to my good friend Mehdi and his wonderful family for the invitation.
Sometimes, a few minutes by the ocean is all you need to reset your mind.

Do we see the world the way we want it to be seen? Not even that.
We see the world the way we’re surrounded by it. almost besieged by it. And within that enclosure, we choose what not to see. We don’t really choose what to see, we choose what to ignore. Our world is, in fact, a world of omissions and the life we live is shaped by those unseen things. We are constantly choosing what not to see.

I’m writing this inspired by a portrait Iman took of me. by @imanarts
