Do you guys have any Homebrew titles?

Dragonyhm was developed by @spacebot_interactive as a sequel to their other game, Dragonborne. I have yet to play either titles but the next time I sit down with my Gameboy, I'll give them a go 😁. by @imani.nds

Physical media 🙌🏾

Very grateful to the companies who have spoken out about the importance of physical media and reassured us that they will still continue to bring our beloved games to disc and cartridge. Without them, I wouldn't have a growing physical indie collection. So, thank you for keeping our collections alive ❤️. by @imani.nds

What is your main weapon in Splatoon?

With Splatoon 3, I started out on the N-Zap, but ultimately landed on the Hydra. It's now my most used weapon in the game. On behalf of all Hydra users, I am sorry 🤪. And thanks to @boweegee for finding this lil model Hydra for me ❤️.

Happy New Year besties!

Once again here to post my favourite photos of the year. It wasn't exactly difficult to choose my faves since I only posted 11 times 🤪. Anyway, I hope you all have a great start to 2026 😁.

Who's been enjoying Silksong?

Since its release, I've hardly touched any other game. Getting lost in the world of Pharloom has been amazing. It's bigger and better and more brutal than Hollow Knight, which is a welcome challenge. After becoming so familiar with HK, it has felt surreal experiencing its sequel. Playing Silksong is the closest thing we'll ever get to playing HK for the first time again, and I'm so grateful for that 🥹.

Me and @boweegee accidentally synced up our playthroughs and have kinda been playing alongside each other, which has been really fun. There are so many secrets in this game, so it's useful to have two minds at work to find them all! We have hit two endings but are still making our way through to 100%. Silksong is just so special, and I can't wait to see what else this epic game has to show us 🥹.

How are we finding Legends ZA?

I started the game last night and it feels very different to traditional Pokémon. The real-time elements in battling are definitely interesting; I haven't decided if I like or dislike them yet haha. But it's honestly refreshing to see a switch up in such core Pokémon mechanics, considering the Legends series seems to be that with which Game Freak are experimenting!

I haven't posted much recently so my next few posts are gna b some things I wanted to document here from throughout the year. Does anyone else treat their Instagram kinda like a gaming journal? I like to look back and see what I was playing and when lol. Anyway yurrr uh Pokémon 👍🏾.

What's your favourite Pokémon game?

I played some of Pokémon X back in like 2016 but only got around halfway. So since the announcement of Legends Z-A, I knew it was time to return to gen 6.

I restarted my save and ended up not only playing X, but going through Y too, so that I could complete the living dex for all of the Pokémon new to gen 6. It's nothing too impressive, but this is the first time I've "completed" a Pokédex so I'm proud of myself 🤪.

I've also been working on obtaining all the mega evolution Pokémon too! But I haven't had much time for games recently 🥴. That should change soon, though!

Who's played Balatro?

I bought the physical but haven't played it yet, oopsie 🤪. I'm excited but also cautious to boot this one up just because of its rep as the current crack cocaine of the videogame market. Maybe I should wait until after I graduate to jump in lmao.

Have you set any gaming goals for 2025?

I had two goals for 2024, which were to finish some games I'd previously abandoned and to buy less games. I hardly finished any games last year but I did significantly reduce the number of games I bought, which I'm happy with.

For 2025, I'm keeping it low-key again. I have three games that I accidentally abandoned and really want to go back to:

• Metroid Prime
• Omori
• Pokémon SoulSilver

These are all games I was thoroughly enjoying but just got distracted by other things lol. Hopefully I'll get to finish them this year!
