POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi, my name is Imaní Scott a Southern belle straight outta Acres Homes, Texas. ✨

Some of you may know me from music. Some from cooking. Others from my work in entertainment. And honestly… all of the above are true.

But before any title, I’m just a millennial woman who has been finding her way.

I’ve lived the fast life. I’ve learned through the entertainment industry, heavy drinking, grief, setbacks, troubled days, broken ankles, and plenty of moments that could’ve made me throw in the towel.

But I didn’t.

I prevailed.
And baby… I looked damn good while doing it. 😂

Looking back, I actually thank God for the shortcomings. Every disappointment, detour, and uncomfortable chapter taught me something I couldn’t have learned any other way. It all led me to the woman I am becoming an entrepreneur, consultant, creative, and teacher.

I tell people all the time: everybody has a past.

The difference is, real bosses don’t let their past stop them. We use it as fuel. We turn experience into wisdom, mistakes into lessons, and knowledge into power.

So if you’re figuring it out… rebuilding… starting over… chasing your purpose… or simply trying to become the best version of yourself, welcome.

This is a space for the people who have stumbled but kept going.

For the ones who refuse to let their past define their future.

For the ones who want to grow, laugh, learn, create, and do it authentically.

No perfection over here. Just purpose, personality, lessons, and a little bit of seasoning. 😂

I’m glad you’re here.

Cheers to new beginnings, new lessons, and becoming everything we were meant to be. 🥂✨

The goal is body recomp. The requirement is flavor. 🤌🏾

This is one of my go-to meals to break my fast with, and it played a part in helping me lose 30 lbs.

Please be advised: eat this in the comfort of your own home or please have some gum nearby 😭😂🐟

Macros: 655 calories | 27g protein | 30g fat | 65g carbs

P.S. this meal was before a heavy workout.
