Maannneee. This lil video ain’t nothing compared to the fullness of that workout.

We did three sets of hip dips, candlesticks, gorilla rows, and gorilla swings and whatever else shorty had me trying out. We say we gone try to do it once a week, so let’s see 😭

Shorty got me TIIEEEDDDD! She is truly the sweetest but most hard core instructor 😂😂

If we really ain’t out in the WORLD showing those who lack the knowledge and tangence of the Love of GOD.. the LOVE OF GOD?! We ain’t doing a thang.

SURE.. It is love to teach the Word of God, to operate in gifts He has given us of His spirit to benefit His people, to minister.. All that. All that. But if we are walking around everyday looking at people sideways that ain’t walking on such a narrow path…. We have missed the point.

In the last year of my life, I have learned the reality of compassion and how it’s my duty to meet ALL in love and compassion. If we want people to see and to ultimately experience and come to know the Love of GOD, we have to show it…TO. EVERY. BODY.

“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. I was on this treadmill like David 😂😂😂 I can’t stand suffering much like anyone else with flesh, but I’m grateful to have THE only God who meets me in truth and love even when my soul is weary. That’s it.
