The mission of Epiphany Modeling Troupe is to bring a unique, diverse sense of fashion and beauty to the campus of Winston-Salem State University while instilling ethics, pride, and increase self-esteem in its members.
This troupe has molded me in more ways than I could ever explain. I’m beyond thankful for every relationship, memory, lesson, and moment this journey has given me. Freshman-year me would’ve never imagined serving as the face of this organization. Stepping into the unknown was one of the biggest challenges for me, but I thank God every day that I did.Through Epiphany, I found confidence within myself, strength I didn’t know I had, and a family I’Il cherish forever.
To My Siblings,
I love y’all beyond words. Y’all carried me through more than you will ever know, and l’ll forever be grateful for every late night, every pep talk, every memory, and every ounce of love you gave me. To my Fab 4 plus Tyleek, thank you for always showing up for me and loving me the way y’all do. Forever mine!
To All Hands on Deck,
We stepped into this experience as an e-board with vision, passion, and determination, not fully knowing everything that would come with it. We weren’t perfect, but we gave this organization our hearts, and together we created something beautiful. I am so proud of what we accomplished as a team. Every challenge, every stressful moment, every success was worth it. I’ll forever be thankful for my ten!
To My Kids,
Where do I even begin? I love every single one of y’all deeply,being able to watch you all grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my college’s experience. I hope y’all always remember how special, talented, and capable you are! No matter where life takes us after WSSU, please know I will always be cheering for y’all, loving y’all, and rooting for your success! Thank you for trusting me to lead you guys, y’all taught me more than you could imagine! Y’all will forever have a place in my heart!
