Palm Noir: Reborn in Luxury On September 12, @eileenkimcouture turned NBH Events into a world of fashion fantasy and bridal dreams. There were hand-embroidered palm fronds, sculpted chiffon, crystal-scrolled bodices and a gold lace veil that stopped the room. It was haute couture made in Atlanta.
