🔥 NEW 🔥 TONE ' N ' STRETCH 🔥

Tone'n'stretch is a low-impact group fitness session that combines gentle muscle-strengthening exercises with flexibility and mobility work.

We don't use weights; we work exclusively with our own body weight. The combination of strength training and stretching is extremely beneficial, as these two forms of exercise complement each other perfectly and help offset injury-related weaknesses. While strength training builds muscle (and often shortens it), stretching promotes flexibility and mobility.

Have you tried a honey massage 🍯? Here a few reasons why you should do so:

- it stimulates the blood circulation
- the immune and lymphatic systems
- metabolism and elimination
- it opens the pores
- dissolves toxins in the tissue
- supports the relaxation of the muscles
- leaves the skin soft & supple

In various cultures, massage is performed with the feet, and not without reason. The technique with the feet achieves a deeper and more intensive effect than with the hands alone.

Would you get such a massage?

✨ Essential oils have a very wide range of effects. Depending on the plant, they can have a relaxing, stimulating or refreshing effect. They can relieve pain, inhibit inflammation, relieve cramps, increase concentration or stimulate sensuality.

That's why I like to work with different fragrances and oils in my treatments to achieve the best possible results.

"Respect comes from recognizing the individuality of each person"

In my treatments I combine different types of massage to achieve the best possible result. I am guided by my intuition and use different techniques, such as:

- Classic massage
- Aromatic oil massage
- Deep-tissue/sports massage
- Honey massage
- Ayurveda Massage
- Headache-Migraine Therapy
- Cupping

In this video I used the combination of honey massage and classic-/aromatic oil massage ✨
