No better Sunday than one’s spent at Maison Imaulé. We hosted a intimate lunch in London at our Covent Garden residency and what a joy it was to have a table full of guests who made the house their home.

Happy Sunday.

To everyone who has stepped through the doors of the homes we’ve hosted over the past year thank you.

Thank you for gathering with us, dining with us, discovering us, and most importantly, finding a place that felt a little like home.

As we begin curating the next home of Maison Imaulé, our online boutique remains open, and you can still find us in London at 51–53 Shelton Street, Covent Garden.

Until then, our house remains your home.

We’re working on something very special.

A new kind of Maison Imaulé experience one that welcomes you beyond the table and into a space you can truly dwell in.

Not for an extended stay. Just long enough to feel at home, and long enough for the memory to stay with you for a lifetime.

Can you guess where our first residence will be? by @imaule.co

Welcome to the kitchen.

As part of our dining series, we’ve made it a tradition to take you beyond the table and into the kitchen where each experience begins.

Our chef, Angelo Gonzalez, was the star of the afternoon and we loved following the journey from preparation to the final plate.

This is No phones At the Table, behind the scenes.

We love welcoming guests into our house especially those who understand that presence is part of the invitation.

No phones at the table. Just good food, considered conversation and the pleasure of being exactly where you are

On Sunday 9 August, we asked twenty strangers in London to sit at one table and put their phones away.

Not as a statement against technology, but as an invitation to be present.

As Maison Imaulé grows, we have been thinking deeply about what it means to build a home in a city. We believe it begins long before the doors to a hotel open. It begins with the people who will eventually walk through them.

So, in every city we hope to one day call home, we want to build community first.

Around the table, twenty strangers shared food, conversation and an afternoon designed around the five senses: the flowers they saw, the playlist they heard, the flavours they tasted, the linen they touched and the scent they would remember.

Afterwards, we welcomed our members into the Maison Imaulé gifting suite our interpretation of the hotel gift shop where they were invited to choose something from the House to take home with them.

These details are intentional.

The table. The music. The scent. The linen. The gift shop.
The people.

Each is teaching us something about the kind of house we want to build.

As Maison Imaulé continues into new cities, we will keep setting tables, creating rooms and building community in the places we hope to eventually have a permanent home.

Because we don’t want to arrive in a city and simply open our doors.

We want to know the people on the other side of them.

And as this next chapter of Maison Imaulé takes shape, we are taking our members with us one room at a time.

Our House. Your Home.

With Love & Linen,
Maison Imaulé

Maison Imaulé began with linens, we began considering how you dressed, then we began considering how you lived.

The flowers you would see. The music you would hear.
The flavours you would taste. The linen you would touch.
The scent you would remember.

Then we asked everyone to put their phones away.

Not because we didn’t want you to capture the moment.

But because we wanted you to have one.

The linen was the beginning.

The table came next.

And one day, there will be a room waiting for you too.

We are building towards our first hotel.

Slowly. Intentionally.

And every table we set is teaching us something about th taken in Covent Garden London by @imaule.co

A look Into the Kitchen.

Every detail of Sunday’s table has been considered.

From the menu to the music, nothing has been chosen by chance.

For the afternoon, we’ve invited Chef Angelo Gonzalez to create a menu exclusively for the House. Drawing on his Colombian heritage and a career shaped across some of London’s most respected kitchens, each course has been selected to unfold at the pace of the conversation.

If you’ve been meaning to join us, only a few places remain.

We’d be delighted to welcome you to the table.
