🏊🏼‍♀️🚲🏃🏼‍♀️ WELL THAT WAS THE TIME OF MY LIFE 🤭😍🦿 Aviemore Triathlon 2026 with the absolute best team 🥹 I was like a golden retriever the whole way through and NOTHING comes close to the feeling I had when I was in amongst that sea of caps knowing I earned it! My right hip was replaced in 2024 and my left hip was done in just January this year, I am so grateful that I have them and that they allow me to do cool things like what I experienced today 🥹💪🏻 #triathlon #aviemoretriathlon #swimbikerun #hipreplacement #hipreplacementsuccess taken in Aviemore, Scotland, UK by @imbionicbaby

If you are awaiting a hip replacement and wondering what life might be like afterwards for you, then here you are! 🥰 You can still train, you can actually train in new ways and hit new goals that excite you more than you could ever have imagined! And you can still go for cocktails (non-alcoholic for me 🤭) with your friends and be the happiest you have ever been! There is a light at the end of the tunnel, you just need to prehab, rehab and fuel your body with everything it needs to thrive. 🦿🥰 #hipreplacementsurgery #hipreplacementsuccess #triathlon #hipreplacement #triathlontraining by @imbionicbaby

🏊🏼‍♀️ 🚲 🏃🏼‍♀️🦿 Tri training has been going well! I managed my first 800-900m free swim without my bouy and I have some more scheduled swims this week. I am also really enjoying my brick sessions and I am getting used to the jelly legs 🤣. We managed to get away to our favourite place, the Isle of Arran, for a much needed reset! Super grateful to everyone I have around me, i genuinely have the best team!
