restorative yoga is an opportunity to practice being instead of doing 🌙 to soften your effort and allow rest to be the practice... not as an escape from the world, but a way to better show up in it taken in San Diego, California by @imeelovee

angel on earth

still trying to process how much this little chapter has given me

this was my first volunteer exchange, my first time being this far from home for so long, and honestly… I had no idea what I was getting myself into… but I’m so grateful I said yes

I’ve learned so much about myself, about trusting the unknown, being okay with not having everything figured out, and being open to things I once thought weren’t “for me”

I’ve also grown so much in my yoga practice + as a teacher… and I think one of my biggest takeaways has been realizing that there are so many different ways this life can look

sometimes you just have to be willing to go somewhere unfamiliar & see what happens

feeling really grateful for the people I met, the lessons I learned, the views that never got old, the uncomfortable moments that taught me something, and all the little memories in between ⋆｡°✩
