I am so grateful for this industry, for these people, for our community. The last 48 hours have been magic as I celebrated & connected with so many incredible women (& a few wonderful men). This warm firecracker is leaving Las Vegas with a very full heart, new friends, deeper connections, stronger intentions & a heavier than I expected trophy. A huge congratulations to the rest of the 2026 cohort & a very special shout out to the indomitable Annette Gregg who continues to pave the way for all of us. Thank you to JT Long & the Smart Meetings team for championing women in our industry. by @imex_suzanne

Carina & Suze from @imex_group took to the aisles with paletas during the networking break this afternoon! They’ll be back at lunch tomorrow (& they seem to be considering career changes so you may see them at an event near you soon!) #WEC2026 by @imex_suzanne

I’m about to present my session on ‘the joy of community building’ at #EMEC2026 and honestly, I’m terrified. I don’t feel prepared enough, or knowledgeable enough, or maybe just enough - but I’m going to push myself way out of my comfort zone and hope attendees leave with more than they came with. See you on the other side! Photo credit @butinocontentbureau by @imex_suzanne
