Episode 3/100 Gurren Lagann.

I don’t know how this ages in 2026 but 20 years ago this show was absolute cinema for a young boy trying to watch more than just Naruto.

This Shonen decided to take the mold and do something slightly different and it really works highlighting that the leader doesn’t always need to be the most charismatic person in the room. The only way to truly grow is to venture into the unknown to be uncomfortable. This dystopian sci-fi coming-of-age robot adventure is somewhat of a niche show but definitely earned it spot to on any 100 anime list. #gurrenlagan #animerecommendation #imhdtv by @imhdtv

Episode 2/100: Gintama: aka the shadow of the Big 3.

Is an absolute master class in the parody genre. But a great show in its own, right. 367 episodes of committed goal along with a good bit of action and drama sprinkled in there. Story goes from episodic to plot driven. #gintama #imhdtv #animerecommendation by @imhdtv

Episode 1/100: Elfen Lied

so I went out and found this anime bucket list poster and had the bright idea to talk about every single anime on this particular poster in hopes that somebody finds a show that they haven’t heard of that they might add to the watchlist.

Unfortunately, starting things off the tricky one in the bottom left corner This was an old, psychological, superpower, horror, drama. That I would imagine as a really niche audience. #elfenlied #animerecommendation #imhdtv by @imhdtv
