Some friendships are truly gifts from God, and some people are beautiful reminders of His goodness. ❤️

Happy Birthday, Molly! 🥹💕 Today, I celebrate not just another year of your life, but the incredible woman you are. Your selflessness, compassion, generosity, and genuine love for others never go unnoticed. You are always showing up, pouring into others, and putting everyone else’s needs before your own. Your heart is truly one of a kind.

Galatians 6:9 reminds us, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

My prayer is that this new chapter is your season of reaping! May God pour back into you everything you’ve so freely poured into others. May He bless you beyond your expectations, answer your unspoken prayers, and surround you with the same love and kindness you so generously give.

From traveling the world to sharing endless laughter and creating unforgettable memories, I’m so grateful for our friendship. And Lord knows, we have so much more living to do! 😂✈️🥂

I pray that this next year of your life is as beautiful to you as you’ve made life for so many others.

Happy Birthday, Molly! Love ya! ❤️🎂💕 by @imjustshan

A little conference photo dump because… I DID THAT. 🥹🎓✨

Presented my conference paper at the inaugural DBA Scholars Conference at the University of Rhode Island, representing Florida International University. 💙💛

So many hours of reading, writing, revising, questioning myself, and preparing led to this moment—and standing in that room sharing my work felt GOOD.

Grateful for the experience, the conversations, the connections, and another reminder that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

There are birthdays…
and then there are moments that remind you just how extraordinary life’s journey can be.

This year, I’m celebrating mine standing at Machu Picchu — one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

A place that has stood high above the clouds for centuries, overlooking mountains, valleys, and the passage of time. A place that reminds the world what vision, determination, and human brilliance can build.

Standing here feels powerful.

Because moments like this don’t happen by accident. They are the result of years of growth, discipline, perseverance, and believing that the path you are walking can take you farther than you ever imagined.

From presenting my research internationally at the Academy of International Business – Latin America & Caribbean Conference, representing Florida International University among scholars from around the world… to standing here in Peru overlooking one of the most breathtaking places on earth.

What a journey.
What a privilege.
What a view.

Today I celebrate the path that brought me here, the strength it took to walk it, and the many extraordinary chapters still waiting to be written.

Some birthdays deserve a view like this.

And this moment… I earned every step that brought me here. 🌎🏔️✨ Happy birthday to me! by @imjustshan

Still in awe.

Presenting our research and opening the interactive session at the AIB-LAC Conference in Lima, Peru while representing Florida International University was a moment I’ll never forget. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to global research conversations and connect with scholars from across the region and beyond. 🌎🎓 by @imjustshan

Honored to have been selected to present our research at the Academy of International Business – Latin America & Caribbean (AIB-LAC) Conference in Lima, Peru.

Together with my co-author, we had the distinct honor of opening the Interactive Session of the conference, helping to initiate the scholarly dialogue among researchers examining critical issues shaping international business and emerging markets.

Our research examines how institutional and cultural differences influence entry mode decisions for U.S. professional service firms expanding into Brazil and Mexico, highlighting how industry characteristics shape international strategy.

It was a privilege to serve as a global representative of Florida International University, contributing to the Academy of International Business’ mission to advance international business scholarship and foster collaboration among scholars and practitioners worldwide.

Experiences like this reaffirm the importance of rigorous research, global dialogue, and academic collaboration in advancing our understanding of complex international markets.

Research becomes most meaningful when it contributes to conversations that shape how we understand and navigate our global economy.

Dear Heavenly Father,

On this special day, as my sons embark on a new academic journey, I come before You with a humble heart and a prayerful spirit. I thank You for the gift of education and the opportunities it provides for growth, learning, and development. I ask for Your divine guidance and blessings as my sons begin a new chapter in their lives.

Please grant them wisdom and understanding as they encounter new subjects, challenges, and experiences. Strengthen their minds and give them the ability to grasp knowledge with ease. Help them to approach their studies with diligence, curiosity, and a hunger for learning. May their minds be open and receptive to the lessons presented before them.

Lord, I pray for their teachers and educators, that You may bless them abundantly. Grant them patience, creativity, and compassion as they guide and instruct my sons. May they be positive role models, instilling in them a love for learning and a desire to excel.

In Your precious name, I pray.

Amen. #Highschool #Elementary #firstdayofschool by @imjustshan

Last December, we had a family dinner to celebrate the love we have for each other . But what they didn’t know was that I knew that life was going to change for us this year . I knew that we were going to separate physically and I wanted each of them to remember that love has no expiration or restrictions based on distance . This past week has been fun, exciting and thrilling to say the least. However, Though the excitement of new grades, new school and new location excited us , we also felt sadness because of the separation. Last week , the two boys started their last year of middle school and first year of elementary. Today , I dropped off the oldest to her junior year of a new college . ( Oh how has life changed ) However, regardless of the changes , our core , foundation and the solitude of love amongst us will forever be the same . May God guide each of you and may eternity reflect His light and not yours . #8thgrader #Kgrader #Juniorcollege ❤️😍 by @imjustshan
