I used to think marathons were for other people. Then I ran 26.2 miles through Houston for kids who fight battles I can’t imagine. Now I’m training for Chicago - and just getting started! Crossing that finish line in January felt like a door opening that I didn’t know existed. I ran for the kids at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and together, we raised over $1,500. Now Chicago is next. October 11th. My first World Marathon Major. I’m running for St. Jude again with a $3,000 goal and I’ll be sharing every mile here! If you would like to support click the link in bio! Thanks in advance ❤️ by @imktj2
The photo dump I never got around to posting 🤣 #happyglobalrunningday to everyone out there putting in miles! Chicago is 4 months away! Click the link in my bio to help me bring it home for St. Jude ❤️ by @imktj2

Today is the day!🎓 The young men of The Movement Foundation are officially graduating from Wendell Phillips Academy High School and Dunbar Career Academy High School! Since January, we’ve been locked in building, mentoring, growing, and preparing for this moment. Watching these young Black men walk across that stage is bigger than graduation… it’s purpose, growth, resilience, and leadership on full display. These are young men of distinction. Future leaders. Future business owners. Future changemakers. The world will see your greatness now… but we’ve seen it in y’all all along. Proud is an understatement. 💯 Photo: @maseophoto Suits: @suits2020chicago by @imktj2

Now go and get your money, little duffle bag boy… 🤧💼 Thank you to the T.T Allain College of Business for molding me into the young business professional that I am today. I am forever grateful for the opportunities provided thus far. I am proud to say that I’ve interned every summer since my freshman year, and have been offered a full time job after graduation. I’m excited for my next chapter and I can’t wait to see what the future holds! - Kevin Taylor-Jarrell II Honors B.S in Finance with a Minor in Computer Science May 13th, 2022 at 10 a.m. F.G. I built a bridge to success and had visions of me ridin' over. Step in the room and Graduation gets a lot closer. #HBCUGRAD #SU22 #SUGrad22 #WeAreSouthern by @imktj2
yärd run•ner/ (noun): one whose dedication to their craft, the drip they display and devotion to their HBCU is undeniable. Whether on the field or in the boardroom, you make your domain THE YARD. I am extremely honored to represent the ONLY HBCU system @southernu_br for @nikesportswear. Thank You! @2stepsahead__ @3rwp #yardrunners #HBCU by @imktj2
Summer 2021… the most insightful one yet. I am so grateful to have had endless opportunities this summer. From interning with Dow, being apart of the Lamar’s Governors Fellows Program, attending NASAP, getting sworn into the Board of Supervisors ,and being selected for the HBCU White House Scholars Program. I can definitely say that God has blessed me tremendously! I appreciate all the new people that I have met who helped me learn and grow. Now that the summer is almost over, it’s time for my senior year, and I’m pretty sure I saved the best for last. Can’t wait to see what this year has in store! #StayTuned 😎 by @imktj2
The J.K. Haynes Supply Drive was a major SUccess 💙💛. We had a great time reading to the students as well as getting just getting to know them 🥰.
