I’ve always believed or wanted to believe that everything happens for a reason. I have such a love hate relationship with where I’m from. I think a lot of you feel the same way. The place that birthed you can sometimes feel like the warmest hug, yet also like something you’ve maybe outgrown of. But one is true, no matter where I go, I will never ever feel the way I feel about my land. There’s truly nowhere like Greece. The ocean, the sunsets, the foods, the August breeze, my dad cooking me my favorite dishes, my mom making me my favorite tiramisu, my brothers, my cousins, my family,… where ever you might go, you’ll always end up going back home. ♥️ by @imlagreka
