Some places don’t feel real… @geres_paradise_portugal is one of them 🌿☁️

Waking up surrounded by foggy mountains, complete silence, and nature in every direction.

Slow mornings with coffee and views.

Fresh air that actually clears your head.

No plans, no noise, just time moving at its own pace.

This isn’t just a stay, it’s a reset.
The kind of place that reminds you how good it feels to disconnect and simply breathe🤍

If you’re dreaming of a peaceful escape in Portugal, save this spot! ✨

If paradise had a pool, it would be here.

At Arribas Sintra Hotel, you're not just by the ocean — you're floating above it.
One of Europe’s longest swimming pools, epic sunsets, and that wild Atlantic breeze...
Trust me, you’ll never want to leave.

Waking up in the Douro Valley feels like stepping into a dream. 🍇🌄✨

At Ventozelo Hotel & Quinta, it’s just you, the vineyards, and the endless views of the Douro River. Misty mornings, golden sunsets, and a glass of wine in hand—what else do you need? 🍷💛

This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a 500-year-old estate where you can hike through the vines, taste world-class wines, and soak in the magic of Portugal’s most beautiful valley.

Would you stay here? Or should I keep this spot a secret? 🤫👇

The quieter side of Portugal 🇵🇹🌿

Hidden in the mountains of northern Portugal, we experienced something a little different with @matka_experience at @tinhela610 .

More than just a getaway, it was a chance to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and make space for the things we often forget in the middle of everyday life.

Through movement, yoga, personal energy work and moments of connection with nature, the Matka experience invites you to turn your attention inward, find your balance and reconnect with yourself. 🤍

Surrounded by forests, rivers and the peaceful mountains of Trás-os-Montes, @tinhela610 is the kind of place where you can take a step back from the rush of everyday life. And throughout the year, they host different retreats, each offering its own way to reconnect, recharge and discover something new.

✨ The beautiful part? @matka_experience is planning to return to Portugal next year!

If this kind of experience speaks to you, follow @matka_experience for their next retreat and @tinhela610 to discover more retreats in this special corner of Portugal.

Sometimes, you need to step away from everything to reconnect with yourself. 🌿

Fall in love with Portugal. Again and again. 🤍🇵🇹

With its charming little towns, cobblestone streets, colourful houses, quiet villages, endless coastlines, and cafés where life seems to move a little slower.

From the cities full of life to the tiny towns where everyone knows everyone, there’s something beautiful waiting around every corner.

And no matter how much of Portugal you’ve seen, there’s always another place, another story, another reason to fall in love all over again.

Sometimes, the therapy you need isn’t another holiday. It’s an hour where you don’t have to think about anything. 🤍

After all the walking, exploring, and climbing Lisbon’s endless hills, I think my body deserved a little attention too. 😅

During my recent visit to Lisbon, I stopped by The Peonicia Thai Spa in Belém, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience.

What makes @thepeonicia special is the people behind it. Their therapists are originally from Thailand, certified in traditional Thai massage techniques, and have over 10 years of professional experience.

They’re also members of the Thai Massage Association in Portugal, bringing authentic Thai massage traditions to Lisbon.

They offer a variety of treatments, from traditional Thai massage to deep tissue and couples’ massages, with treatments tailored to your needs.

But what I appreciated most was the hospitality. The peaceful atmosphere, the welcoming staff, and simply having a moment to switch off from everything.

We spend so much time exploring beautiful places that sometimes we forget to slow down and take care of ourselves.

Consider this your little reminder. 🤍

Sometimes I miss Porto like a person. 🤍

Not because of its beautiful streets or the sunsets over the Douro.

But because of how this city makes me feel.

The familiar corners, the sound of people talking from their balconies, the old cafés, the rainy afternoons, and those little moments that never seemed important until they became memories.

It’s strange how a place can become someone you miss.

And no matter how many times you return, there’s always that feeling of seeing an old friend again.

Porto, you have a little piece of my heart. Always. 🇵🇹

📍 Porto, Portugal

Do you have a city that you miss like a person?

Some places remind you that Porto is meant to be experienced slowly. 🍷

A long lunch, a good glass of wine, conversations that don’t need to be rushed, and the Douro right in front of you.

This time, I found myself at @vinumporto , tucked inside the historic Graham’s Port Lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia, where Portuguese gastronomy meets some of the most beautiful views of Porto.

From the atmosphere to the food and the wine, everything makes you want to stay just a little longer.

And honestly, I think that’s what makes a place special. Not just what you eat, but how you feel while you’re there.

Save this for your next lunch date in Porto. Whether it’s a special occasion or simply an excuse to enjoy the city from the other side of the river.

The world is changing faster than ever. Everything is becoming digital, conversations are turning into messages, and even the smallest questions are answered by artificial intelligence.

But there’s something beautiful about the Portuguese way of life. 🇵🇹

People still stop to talk. Strangers become friends over a coffee. Neighbours know each other’s stories. And sometimes, a simple conversation at a café can make someone’s entire day better.

Because not everything in life needs an answer. Sometimes we just need someone to listen, someone to laugh with, or someone to remind us that we’re not alone.

Technology can connect the world, but it’s people who make us feel connected.

And I hope Portugal never loses that. ❤️

Tugas, what’s one little thing about Portuguese life you hope never changes? 🇵🇹👇

If you spend a day in Porto, don’t rush it.

Get lost in the streets. Stop when a view catches your eye. Find somewhere to sit by the river. Let the day take you wherever it wants.

The best parts of Porto are often the moments you never planned. 💙🇵🇹

Somewhere between a glass of wine and falling in love with Porto all over again. 🍷✨

The Douro in front of you, the Dom Luís I Bridge in the distance, a good glass of wine, and an evening you wish could last a little longer.

If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy Porto at a slower pace, add @vinology_winebar to your list. The kind of place where the view becomes part of the experience.
