This Valentine’s Day was something we will never forget.

Over 500+ of you showed up to celebrate with us to sip matcha, capture photos, surprise your loved ones, and simply be together. Our cafe felt more vibrant than ever, filled with laughter, warmth, and so much joy.

From new faces to familiar ones, every single one of you brought an energy that meant more than you know. Watching you experience our “I love you so matcha” Valentine’s event, try our matcha specials, participate in our activities, and patiently wait in line made it all worth it. Thank you for choosing to spend your time with us. It truly meant so much.

To those who brought the sweetest gifts and thoughtful surprises for my team and I, thank you. It meant so much that you took time out of your day to create something special for us. We genuinely felt your love and we are so grateful for this community. Your support, kindness, and presence are what make this space what it is. This weekend was a beautiful reminder of how meaningful this all truly is. 💖

Everything I ate at the Minnesota State Fair! 🍪🍕🍗🍟 I absolutely loved the pickle pizza, big fat bacon, and Australian potatoes! They’re my must-haves!

What are some of your favorite eats at the MN get together?

For years, I thought being busy and running a cafe meant I didn’t have time to prioritize myself. Four months ago, I decided to change that.

I’ve learned that taking care of yourself isn’t something you have to earn or put off until life slows down. Sometimes, you just have to decide that you’re worth making time for too.

So proud of the strength I’ve built through [solidcore], both physically and mentally, and how much this journey has changed the way I show up for myself. Here’s to getting stronger, doing hard things, and continuing to push beyond my comfort zone. 💙✨ @solidcore

Calling all strawberry shortcake lovers… Pink Shortcake Matcha is back! 🍓🍰🍵

Available tomorrow, Saturday, May 30th, while supplies last! This fan favorite is the perfect summer treat! It’s a cold-whisked matcha sweetened with honey and topped with our signature pink, strawberry cream cheese cream top and strawberry shortcake crumbles. It’s nostalgic, sweet, and soooo good.
