Meet Brett Jacobs, our Impact City FC Director of Coaching Education and team coach in Salt Lake City!

Brett is one of the most experienced soccer coaches in America, but God called him to soccer ministry here at Impact City FC. After coaching at the highest levels, Brett’s priorities have shifted from just playing for wins and losses to using the game to make an eternal impact in the lives of the next generation.

Brett is one of hundreds of ICFC coaches across the country using soccer to share the gospel, and in his role as Director of Coaching Education, he is able to use his experience as a USSF A License Instructor to teach all of our coaches across the country how to create high-performance training environments, develop players, and build healthy and winning team cultures.

Since our inception in 2019, we’ve fervently prayed that God would send forth laborers into the harvest field, and Brett’s story is a clear answer to that prayer, as our growing force of soccer ministers continues to share Jesus, make disciples, and multiply leaders in cities around the world!

Help us raise the bar!

Our players and families are raising money to fund meals for families in Mexico and to support the mission of Impact City FC. We have 4 weeks left, and every gift gets us closer to our goal.

Join us in serving others by donating at the link in our bio. Then come pack the meals with us on 11.14.2026.

What a game! 🔥⚽ Our ICFC SoFlo families came out to cheer on the PBA Men’s team, and the energy was electric. Our young players got a front-row look at high-intensity soccer, with hard work, heart, and never giving up on full display.

Proud of this community for showing up and supporting one another. 💙

Final: PBA 2 – 2 Nova Southeastern

Team training is always part chaos, part fun! ⚽️

We have as many coaches on deck as needed to make sure each athlete is getting the instruction they need. Learning the basics of speed, change of direction and acceleration is the foundation of a lot of our team training.

Never Forget. September 11, 2001.

25 years later, we pause to honor and remember the lives that were lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the brave first responders who gave everything to serve and protect others.

We remember their courage.
We honor their sacrifice.
We hold their loved ones in our hearts.

And even in the face of unimaginable tragedy, may we remember that we serve a God who heals what is broken, restores what has been lost, and offers us hope that reaches beyond this life and into eternity.

“Those who sow in tears will reap with shouts of joy.”
— Psalm 126:5
