“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.” ~ Oprah Winfrey

November is Gratitude Month so this month, we’re practicing an #AttitudeOfGratitude for the strength, flexibility, and resilience our bodies give us to dance. Our bodies and minds do amazing things every single day.. so instead of focusing on what a movement looks like, or what you haven’t achieved yet, try embracing how it feels and recognizing how far you’ve already come.

Keep setting goals. Keep working hard. But don’t forget to appreciate where you are right now.

A grateful heart makes an even greater IMPACT.
Dancers, drop a 🤍 to thank your body today!

Happy World Ballet Day! 🩰

Ballet is the foundation for so much of what we do—building alignment, control, strength, and artistry that carry into nearly every style of dance.

We’re so grateful for our amazing ballet teachers here at Impact, who bring patience, knowledge, and care to every class. Thank you for helping our dancers appreciate the details and build a foundation they can grow on. 🤍

A little Samba and a whole lot of fun! 💃✨ Thank you, Anastasia from @eadanceart for bringing ballroom to Impact Dance! We had the best time moving our hips, finding the rhythm, and learning a new style all together.

Some of our Impact dancers took on @dancekar convention last weekend and we’re so proud of them for always seeking out opportunities to learn and grow! 🖤🤍

It was so fun watching them jump into different styles, tackle new choreography, and bring their own personalities to each class. Every style gives them something to take back into their training, and we love seeing them embrace it all. Spending time together and watching them support each other was truly the highlight of the weekend.

Keep showing up, supporting one another, trying new things, and making an Impact! ✨

Big dreams. New ground. More IMPACT. 🖤

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve officially purchased land in Powell for the future home of Impact Dance Training!

This marks an exciting next chapter—more room to grow and train with purpose. In addition to our already established elite dance training we will also have innovative programs for young dancers to retirees, including individuals with exceptional abilities. We look forward to welcoming people of all ages and skills with programs that inspire movement, creativity, and community at every stage of life.

Thank you to our Impact families for believing in our vision and helping us reach this milestone. We’re so excited for what’s ahead!

Big goals start with little Sparks. ✨📝

Our Sparks dancers are putting their goals on paper—and putting in the work to reach them! Learning to set intentions, practice with purpose, and celebrate progress is all part of their training at Impact. 💪

Strength, flexibility, and control are building blocks for everything we do in dance. We’re giving our dancers the tools to move with confidence and control in everything they do. It’s all part of how we train at Impact Dance. 💪🖤
