As we’ve officially reached 5 years of Impact Speed Training being in service we want to show gratitude to everyone that has been part of the journey. We could not have made it here without the support of the community and those that have trusted in Impact Speed. As we continue to grow we want stick to our mission and help as many people elevate as we can. We look forward to future connections and seeing every individual that cross our path continue to make a positive Impact on the world. Cheers to Year 5 and many more to come ⚡️🍾

Much gratitude to everyone who attended Flow State and also to those who were able to release tension with Impact Stretch Therapy ⚡️

Appreciate @accidentalisolation and @_11reasonz for holding a wellness event for the community to help us all heal and restore. Thank you @nodabrewing for being a great host.
