Sad… Nothing but respect for my opponent, but bro you need a new coach 🤣 We pressed him after the match asking why he called us a bitch & disrespected me for no reason… he didn’t do shit either 💯 Shout out to my coach for having my back & being the bigger man‼️👊🏽

I turn 31 years old today 🎉🥳🎈 & feel better than I did in my 20’s. I spent most of that time overeating & drinking heavily… It’s not too late to make changes in your life. 50 lbs down 😤😭 Let’s keep this going‼️

I spent a decade after high school abusing drugs & alcohol… Threw away an opportunity to wrestle division 2 in college to be a rapper. All I really wanted was to be a glorified rich junkie 😭 When I got arrested at 16, my dad wanted to pull me out of all sports.. My wrestling coach begged to keep me and allowed me to do my community service hours ordered by the court with him. Grappling was always a path to staying focused for me. A little over 2 years ago, a good friend, Riley, who shot most of my music videos introduced me to jiu jitsu. I instantly fell in love with the sport and lost 50 lbs. I now help with coaching on top of competing 🤍 Currently a blue belt and have good people around me that are helping me grow closer to God. This journey is where I become the best version of myself. People often ask me if I regret any time wasted, but I don’t think I would be on this path without that. 💯

Follow my journey‼️
