Breathing is the single most important thing we do, and yet we often forget to pay attention to it. When we get out of automatic mode, breathing can be our greatest ally in a grounded and calm life ✨ • #breathing #meditation #routine #breathingtechniques #healthtips #breathingexercises #wellness #mindfulness #gratitude #yoga #manifest #selfcare by @imperfect.flow

Kyoto has so many temples and shrines that it was hard to prioritise. Also so much more forest than we expected!! It was amazing to be constantly surrounded by trees 🥰 I personally loved the peace of the Buddhist temples 🧘‍♀️ special mention to the beautiful paper store by an old lady (slide 6) and we wrote our wishes in our mini tori (slide 9). by @imperfect.flow

Hakone is such a beautiful place! I fell in love with the nature. The open air museum was such an amazing surprise, and having our private onsen in the room facing the beautiful water was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The most relaxing and special place. We also enjoyed the full kaiseki dinner and breakfast. It was all so good, but not gonna lie, fish for breakfast is a bit much for me 🤐 by @imperfect.flow
Yes, it is the paradise people talk about. by @imperfect.flow
A day with bikes and Mt Fuji. We love biking as a mode of transportation and choose that whenever we can. We went around lake Kawaguchiko and was super cute. Local izakaya dinner and a traditional Japanese house tailored for people way shorter than a Dane. by @imperfect.flow
First few days in Tokyo were filled with neighbourhoods’ exploring and lots of food. Step counts were giviiiing. We went to the club and straight to the temple at 6am to get our fortunes. Then we missed the 3.30pm tea ceremony. Life happens. by @imperfect.flow
Some inspiration for your next grounding time 🤍 I love having many hobbies and trying out new things that help me stay present. Self care is also about doing things that support emotional regulation and mental health. Sharing some of my favs from the past few weeks 🎨 by @imperfect.flow

Sustainable events are possible! The XRDS festival, that took place 14 & 15 August in Brussels, really surprised me with their care and many sustainability initiatives fully integrated into the festival. One of my favourite parts was the gamification of ashtrays, and having only vegetarian food suddenly sounded the obvious choice - crazy that COP and other climate conferences haven’t yet figured that out! Hoping to see way more events like this 🙌 and super well done to the @xrds.be team!! by @imperfect.flow
