Introducing: The IMPI edit 💌

Welcome to the very first edition of our monthly series, where we shine a light on the businesses, people, products and activities that deserve a bit more love.

At IMPI Sportswear, we believe wellness is about more than just training hard. It’s about looking after your mind, your body and your community. And one of the best ways to do that? Backing each other.

So each month, we’ll be sharing the things our IMPI community is loving or can implement into their everyday life. From the game-changing products to the little gems that make everyday life feel a bit better!

Every month, we’ll be pulling the next edition together with you. Here’s how to get involved:
👇 Comment below with a business, person or product you recommend
💝DM us your nominations (shout out your own small business too, we mean it)
📚Keep an eye on our Stories each month, where you’ll get to vote on what we should include

Support local. Move well. Lift each other up.

Sweet treats, self-care & a little reminder to find your balance 🍨🧘🏽‍♀️

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month this October, our ambassadors took a moment to slow down, recharge and enjoy a well-deserved sweet treat. 💗

As athletes, balancing training, competition, work and everyday life can be challenging. That’s why prioritising your mental wellbeing, making time to rest and celebrating the little moments are just as important as your performance.

Whether it’s a post-training Yo-Chi, a moment of self-care or simply taking time to switch off, remember that rest is part of progress, and your wellbeing always matters!

Because being a strong athlete starts with looking after yourself. ✨
