Check out some if the amazing attention to detail we’ve applied to the installation of a Hyundai 2.0-litre turbo engine from our TCR cars into a Speedcar.

It’s been more than two years in the making with our partner Don Mackay that has included hundreds of hours of fine tuning in the workshop and real-world testing.

We are aiming for this project to make Speedcar racing more accessible and affordable and open up the exciting sport of Speedway racing to a new generation of teams, drivers and fans.

Day 1 done. Don’t really know what to say. Turned this car into a weapon in a month and there is so much more in it. As we develop the chassis it’ll find itself well into the 30s.

@neotech_global thank you for the trust and support. @neotech_jun and the team have been amazing. They all just love cars and are great people.

Without them and every other person/company we wouldn’t be here.

@impossible_ifx fine tuning the handy work of others. 5am finish on Friday morning then back to the track a few hours later.

@cherrytuningperformance. This thing is quick in a straight line. Best in the business at tuning Hyundai’s.

@shockworks_suspension Chris, Brett and everyone else are closer to family than anything else. Chris and Brett have given me so much support. It’s great to see them get their own car out with all of the hard work to make it here.

You’ve seen all of the updates of the car over the last couple of weeks. I can finally announce that for this years @worldtimeattackchallenge I have partnered up with @neotech_global and will be their official driver at WTAC.

After the success of running their Evo-R brake kit at Aus Time Attack it was an amazing opportunity to partner up further to compete together at WTAC. We will be running the Evo-R brake kit along with Neotech’s suspension bushing kit front and rear.

Whenever I work with a company their values have to align with mine. Having used Shockworks coilovers (Neotech manufacture their kits) I have seen their quality first hand for years. After meeting with Jun Myung Lee @neotech_jun and some of the other Neotech staff at WTAC last year it was clear to see why they are the leader in aftermarket suspension and braking systems in Korea and their success expanding globally.

Jun and the team are all car enthusiasts who like me believe that our cars are an extension of us and we all love to ‘Upgrade beyond the original’

As always we’ve had a tremendous amount of support from other people and companies as well. @adro.inc supplied ACN GT1 rear wing. Shockworks supplied upgrading valving and spring rates. @keith4wheels handled the install and alignment of the brakes and suspension. @kirksworks_ for mounting the aero and safety items. @martiniracingproducts for all of the fluids. @cherrytuningperformance for the tuning and performance work and @impossible_ifx for the track support mechanical work, fab and products.
