Some moments can never be replicated, so I capture them…..Wanted to share the horizontals images caught during one of my favorite memories from the Philippines. The best description I can offer is “pure joy”. Meet my friends, the Tarsiers of Bohol. 🐒🌿One of the biggest reasons I wanted to travel to the Philippines was to see these little guys in person and they didn’t disappoint.A few fun facts:• Tarsiers are among the smallest primates in the world.• Their eyes are so large that each one is about the same size as their brain.• They can’t move their eyes, so they can rotate their heads up to 180° to look around.• They’re nocturnal and spend most of the day resting before hunting insects and other small prey at night.• The Philippine tarsier is found naturally on islands like Bohol, making them a truly unique part of the country’s wildlife.Seeing them in their natural habitat was something I’d had on my travel list and being able to photograph them made the experience even better.📸 Photos captured on a @canonusa EOS R6 Mark II with a Canon EF 70–200mm f/2.8L II lens. #canon #shotoncanon by @improv.media
