Took me a few hours late into the night but I found the oil leak! Now I just have to make sure I install the new gasket correctly.

Working hard to get ready for #miatasatthegap. Still chasing down oil leaks. I think I may have installed the oil pan gasket wrong 😅. Hopefully I can get it done in time!

Shredded a belt and stranded on the side of the road. Luckily not too far from the shop and had my dad bring me some tools and a new belt. Swapped the spacer back to the larger one and back on the road

New oil pan gasket is on! Replaced the timing cover and water pump gaskets while I was in there. Even replaced ac o rings. Just need a new belt and maybe a new filter.

Can’t believe this was almost 6 months ago. I’ve learned a lot since then, like all I had to do was pull the flywheel off to get the starter out.

Dropping the subframe did make it easier to put back in tho. Still working to hear this monster run again!
