Maiden weekend in CDMX except my phone is broken so these photos were taken from my friends phones and my camera. Didn’t get any videos of the gig. It was raining and we were in the moment. Been listening to Iron Maiden since I was a kid. Never seen them live so seeing them in the motherland was nextttt level asf. Obviously now I listen to way heavier shit and many different genres but a band like maiden really does connect us all. One of the best concerts I’ve ever had the pleasure of being at. I love being an international rocker. This rock n roll shit might kill me but I wouldn’t want it any other way fr taken in Ciudad De Mexico D.F. by @impuredevotion

Wow. What a night! THANK YOU 💘 these events are not possible without all the support from everyone who comes, without the support of our homies that help us, without Julio and our salon fam for believing in us, without the bands, the djs, the artists, the vendors, the bartenders, the photobooth team. Thank you thank you thank you.
Fia and I are just some rockers that been going to shows our whole lives, so to be able to throw our own events at the shop we love and work at means the world to us. We have so much gratitude and appreciation for all of this. Trying to revive Hellrose to its punk roots. This is only the beginning.
I can’t thank our friends enough for helping us make this happen. Seriously. It was a loooot of work to bring it together and it’s awesome that everyone involved gets their hair done at Shampoolio hahaha. What a cool collective we have :) If you weren’t able to make this event no sweat, I’m taking notes and making new beliefs about you 😝 jk just pull up to the next one!

We also have sliding scale haircuts coming up March 4 10-5 where all proceeds will be donated to orgs fighting 🧊 pull up and get a sick ass cut for a cause.

Thank you @shampoolio_the_salon, Julio @shampoolio for letting us host. Thank you @chicas_de_la_calle_ for Djing, thank you @romandangerfield for sending someone to backline the bands and do sound for us. Thank you @fuzz.tone for making the best drinks last night and @softytuff @notsurewhattoput_her3 for holding the bar down. Thank you Filero, Uzai, and Listless Dreams. Thank you @huitzilin_itztli for always pulling up and immediately helping with whatever. Thank you to the artists and vendors for displaying work and providing services. Thank you @shrunknheads and @memory.implant for helping with the construction to make the fence happen, that was seriously the hardest part. Thank you to my homegirls that pulled up and helped with set up @lurkandshoot @gorotica @_gabree. Thanks @thunderglitzgemz for the lighting in the back. Thanks @darlingdevin for bringing everything I forgot at home Thank you @rubennpreciado for the sick ass flyer. Thank you @liliscarletphoto. And most importantly thank you all for coming 💘 taken in Shampoolio by @impuredevotion

Photos for the homies in @encirclementlegion from awhile back. Mix of Film & Digital. I actually used 3 different cameras for this shoot. We were trying to make this shoot look like it was done back in the 90s and I think we nailed it. Love taking band photos. Def wanna do more of that. Let me make your band look sick :p #hireme #lablackmetal #undergroundmetalscene taken in Los Angeles, California by @impuredevotion
