@cpfbattle Hyrox workout was 💯

One of the most challenging competitions I’ve done in Kuwait.
160 wall balls mid course and the run right after, that hit hard 😮‍💨

Third backtoback week of competition, and honestly this is the best season in Kuwait, apart from the sun that drained us 🤯
Looking forward to the coming weeks! 💪🔥 by @imran_nazir

Our first time at @heatkw , and we absolutely loved the vibes!

This competition had some CrossFit movements I’m terrible at 🤕, but I’m so glad I had @s.alhamadd and @imran_nazir to carry me to the finals and the win — even though Saher kept shouting at me 😫

Huge thanks to @golsharifi for organizing it. We’re definitely coming back as competitors next season! by @imran_nazir

💪🏀 From the gym to the stage — here’s how @imran_nazir, Professional Athlete & Fitness Coach, transformed his journey through Toastmasters.

1️⃣ The Why: He had strength, but struggled to find the words.
2️⃣ The Journey: Every speech became a rep; every evaluation built resilience.
3️⃣ The Result: Today, he inspires with strength and speech.

✨ Discipline built his body. Toastmasters built his voice.

From the energy to the competition, every second was electric. Pushed past limits, shared the grind, and left it all on the floor ⚡️
