I’M MOVING TO ENGLAND!!!

Hey everybody! In the spring of 2025, I’ll be moving to England to spend a semester studying abroad at Cambridge University. During my time in England, I’ll also have the opportunity to travel to some surrounding countries such as Ireland and Scotland!

I’ll be taking classes that teach me the basics of the different cultures I’ll be exposed to, but the real learning will come through living out day-to-day life with the locals. Through interviewing locals and traveling with them to historic sites to learn through their perspective, this semester will teach me more than I could ever learn from a textbook.

Unfortunately, this once-in-a-lifetime experience is not cheap. I’m currently fundraising to cover the cost of the trip. The money I raise will cover my housing, transportation, meals, airfare, and 15 hours of school credit.

I wanted to ask if you’d pray about and consider partnering with me on this journey by donating to help cover the cost. Any donation, no matter the size, would be so appreciated. For those in the Easley, SC or Cleveland, TN areas, I’d be more than happy to earn (physical labor, babysitting, dog sitting, etc.) any donations.

The link to my GoFundMe is in my bio, but if you’d rather donate another way, donations can also be sent through these methods:

Venmo: sam_ayers79
CashApp: $samayers79

As a very small thank you for your donation, I’d love to send you a postcard from one of the many countries I’ll be visiting. If you can’t donate at this time, please partner with me in praying for safe travels, fulfilling experiences, and my academic success:)
