In Carolina: The Prequel, the story stepped away from Paul James just after he made a decision that would change the course of his life. I.O.U follows what came next, as Paul finds himself caught between love, brotherhood, responsibility, and the weight of everything he believes he owes to everyone around him. The more he tries to hold together, the more he risks losing pieces of himself.

I.O.U: Things Left Unsaid, a Carolina…A Love Series! novella. 2026.08.31

Preorders are now available for Carolina: The Prequel.

Before they became men, they were young, hungry, flawed, and still searching for where they belonged. This is the story before the series, where brotherhood was tested, love had consequences, and every choice came with a cost.

Carolina: The Prequel releases July 27, 2026, exclusively at www.imtedwhite.com

+ as a writer, I've learned to prioritize my craft. Taking a break from the screen and immersing myself in a literary masterpiece. Here's to 1000+ pages of inspiration.
