Yes, that’s the summer of a girl who still considers herself spiritual, who still meditates, still has her ups and downs, still likes to center herself and take a minute to pause, but also loves balance.

Spirituality isn’t a specific way of being. Stopping yourself from doing things you enjoy because you’re afraid they don’t fit the “spirituality mindset” is probably the furthest thing from it.

It’s the openness you hold within yourself to accept the present and allow your soul to learn whatever it’s meant to learn.

stop giving advice & start sharing experiences ⬇️
We’re constantly looking for the miracle answer.

We save posts, buy courses, ask strangers on the internet, hoping someone else has figured out the formula for a life that feels right. And somehow, every scroll comes with another list of things we should be doing.

But maybe we’ve confused experiences with instructions. What even makes any of us qualified to give advice?

I think we’d all benefit from calling it what it really is: an experience. Because that’s all it is. A person sharing what worked for them.

Maybe the point of being born on this earth with free will is that there was never supposed to be one right way to do things. Maybe free will was given to us to figure things out in our own way.

The pressure disappears when you stop believing every piece of information as an instruction.

Maybe we don’t need more people giving advice.
Maybe we need more people sharing their experiences.

Less: this is what you should do.
More: this is what happened to me.

Lately I’ve realized that there’s a beautiful irony about sharing with others. The answers don’t come from advice, they come from dialogue. Not because someone has the truth but because conversations help you uncover the answers that are already within you. 💛 by @imviccc
