Had this remix in my que for a while now. Time to start teasing a release for it. Us millennials and Gen X are gonna LOVE this one. 👌

This was a ton of fun to play but my gosh, it took FOREVER to put together. Had to transcribe @sanholobeats guitar solo, then learn the notes on marimba, record me playing it, notate the parts in Finale (IYKYK,) then edit the video. And since I made it midtempo, it's about 25 clicks faster.... Still worth it! Hope ya'll dig, love you San Holo! Listen to my remix on Soundcloud NOW. Link in the bio.

Aight, now that spooky season is over and I'm not doing another remix competition (for now.) Time to get the hype going for this new remix I've been saving for ya'll! Gonna be my biggest one yet, releasing next week! But do you want a sneak peak? Comment "Sneak Peak" and you'll get a surprise!

Love me the Halloween season and I always appreciate a good horror movie. Add in some dubstep and you get this SURPRISE track! I wrote this about a year ago and figured might as well release it given the season. And IT IS FREE on Soundcloud. Link in bio and comments!

I'm house and dog sitting all this week so no mallet stuff. But that gives me the opportunity to try something new and just use my @akai_pro MPKmini to make some fun loop jams! It's also nice to touch some grass (literally) and enjoy the beautiful October weather here in Colorado. Hope ya'll dig!

I know I promised ya'll a Linkin Park remix but I decided to enter the @sanholobeats remix competition last minute instead. Don't worry, that other remix will come out very soon!
Had a lot of fun putting this together in just a few days and the marimba play over adds some sweetness to it. Enjoy! Wish me luck!!! Link to the song in the bio and comments!

Loop Jam #5. Getting a lot better at just throwing these down, recording, then editing in just an hour or 2. If there are any other loop artists you think I should check out, please lemme know!

If you were to ask me to name an artist that put his heart and soul into every track and every performance, it would be @glenhansard My friend showed him to me in college and was absolutely blown away by his lyricism, his sound, everything. When I heard he passed back in July, I felt compelled to remix my favorite song of his. Not for the attention, but because I wanted to study and learn all I can from him. I wish I could have seen him live, but at least he blessed us with an incredible discography and changed the world. You will be missed, RIP.

Decided to do something a little different and remixed one of the most passionate, talented and dedicated musicians Ive ever heard. Out on Soundcloud this Thursday! Guess the artist in the comments.

Had fun with this one and enjoyed breaking out a guitar synth rather than using the normal marimba/vibraphone stuff. Recently discovered @tashsultanaofficial and was def inspired by their groove and musicianship. Are there any other loop artists or musicians in general do you think I should check out?
