YOUR HEADACHE MAY BE TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING. 🤯 Headaches Migraines Head pressure Snoring Poor nasal breathing Waking up exhausted Sometimes the symptoms you notice most are only part of the picture. At In8Love Wellness, we take a closer look at the relationship between the cranial structures, nasal passages, jaw, neck, and breathing. One technique we use is Cranial Facial Release (CFR). People often discover CFR while searching for help with recurring headaches, migraines, sinus pressure, snoring, congestion, and difficulty breathing through the nose. And if you’ve experienced a previous head injury or trauma, that history is important to discuss with your healthcare provider. Mental health symptoms such as depression also deserve appropriate evaluation and treatment—CFR should not be considered a treatment for depression or traumatic brain injury. But when headaches, facial pressure, poor sleep, snoring, or restricted nasal breathing keep showing up? It may be worth taking a closer look. Stop normalizing a headache that keeps coming back. Comment “HEADACHE” and we’ll send you more information about CFR and our new-patient evaluation. #CranialFacialRelease #HeadacheRelief #MigraineSupport #Snoring #LosAngelesChiropractor by @in8lovewellness
✨Cranial Facial Release✨ We’ve seen so many amazing results with this technique. It literally opens the sinus area and allows the sinus to drain and releases pressure. This also relieves the headaches/migraines that come with sinus pressure. We’ve seen #sleepapnea start to regulate into normal sleep patterns. We’ve seen amazing results resolving Bells Palsy. The trick is to come in as soon as the symptoms begin 🤍 Every time we do #cfr we also have our patients do #ozone. Can you guys why? 😎Summer New Patient Special😎 https://www.in8lovewellness.com/booknow Use Code 🌴SUMMER2026 🌴 #chiropracticcare #losangeleschiropractor by @in8lovewellness

🥊 THE HIT HAPPENED YEARS AGO… BUT DID THE DAMAGE EVER GO AWAY? Football. Boxing. Wrestling. Martial arts. 🏈 One hit to the face can change how you breathe. 🤕 Broken nose? Head injury? Deviated septum? 👃 One nostril always blocked? 😴 Snoring, mouth breathing, or restless sleep? 🤯 Chronic sinus pressure or headaches? Here’s what most people don’t realize… Facial injuries can leave lasting structural changes, even when everything looks healed. ✨ At In8Love Wellness, I offer Cranial Facial Release (CFR), a specialized nasal balloon technique. CFR is not proven to correct a deviated septum or repair old injuries. 💡 Don’t ignore breathing difficulties just because your injury happened years ago. Get your nasal passages evaluated. 👇 COMMENT “CFR” and I’ll personally send you more information! #CranialFacialRelease #DeviatedSeptum #FacialTrauma #NasalObstruction #SportsInjury by @in8lovewellness
🚨 YOUR NOSE IS STUFFED… BUT WHERE IS ALL THAT MUCUS COMING FROM? 🤧 You blow your nose. Again. And again. The congestion never seems to completely go away. That thick phlegm dripping down your throat? It’s called postnasal drip, and it may be connected to what’s happening inside your nose and sinuses. Inflammation, allergies, and poor sinus drainage can all contribute. But here’s what I want you to think about. 👇 Are you just managing the mucus or understanding WHY it keeps coming back? At In8Love Wellness, I use Cranial Facial Release (CFR), a specialized technique involving the nasal passages. While CFR isn’t proven to treat chronic sinus congestion, understanding what’s contributing to your symptoms matters. Try saline rinses, stay hydrated, and have persistent symptoms evaluated. ✨ Because breathing comfortably shouldn’t feel like a daily struggle. 💬 Comment “SINUS” and I’ll personally send you more information about Cranial Facial Release! #SinusCongestion #CranialFacialRelease #PostnasalDrip #SinusPressure #BreatheBetter by @in8lovewellness
🚨 YOUR HEADACHE MAY NOT BE STARTING WHERE IT HURTS. 🧠 That pressure behind your eyes? The pounding in your temples? The headaches that keep coming back no matter what you do? What if there’s something you’re overlooking? 👀 Headaches can have several contributing factors, including neck tension, migraines, stress, and sinus-related issues. And sometimes, the symptoms overlap. 🤕 Headaches and facial pressure? 👃 Constant nasal congestion? 😣 Pressure around your forehead and eyes? These are things I pay attention to when patients come into my office. At In8Love Wellness, one of the techniques I use is Cranial Facial Release (CFR). I’ve had patients share changes they’ve noticed in their headaches and nasal breathing after CFR, although its effectiveness for treating headaches hasn’t been established. My advice? Pay attention to when your headaches happen, what triggers them, and whether they’re accompanied by congestion or facial pressure. Just because headaches are common doesn’t mean you should keep ignoring them. 👇 Comment “HEADACHE” and I’ll personally send you more information about Cranial Facial Release! 🚨 YOUR HEADACHE MIGHT ACTUALLY BE STARTING IN YOUR NECK. 🤯 That headache that keeps coming back? The tension at the base of your skull? The stiff neck you wake up with? The pressure that travels from your neck into your head? What if they’re all connected? 👀 Here’s something I see in my office all the time. Patients come in struggling with chronic headaches and neck pain. They’ve tried pain relievers, stretching, and massage. But the pain keeps coming back. 🧠 Here’s what most people don’t realize. Your neck and head are closely connected through muscles, joints, and nerves. When the cervical spine isn’t functioning properly, it can contribute to certain types of headaches. These are sometimes called cervicogenic headaches. And the pain doesn’t always stay in your neck. ⚡ It can travel to the back of your head. ⚡ Create pressure around your temples. ⚡ Cause tension at the base of your skull. ⚡ Make turning your head painful or uncomfortable. ✨ AT IN8LOVE WELLNESS, WE DON’T JUST CHASE SYMPTOMS. WE LOOK FOR THE ROOT CAUSE. Because temporary relief isn’t the same as understanding WHY your pain keeps returning. We start with a comprehensive consultation and chiropractic examination. When clinically indicated, we also take X-rays to evaluate the structure and alignment of your cervical spine. We want to understand what’s contributing to your pain and why. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan to address the underlying issues we identify. Our goal isn’t simply to help you feel better today. It’s to help you function better long-term. Because your headaches and neck pain deserve more than a temporary fix. 💬 Comment “NECK PAIN” and I’ll personally send you more information about how we approach headaches and neck pain at In8Love Wellness. #NeckPain #HeadacheRelief #CervicogenicHeadache #ChiropracticCare #LosAngelesChiropractor by @in8lovewellness
I didn’t want to skip the beginning because apparently Instagram loves a good hook :) But jokes aside, I genuinely experienced an emotional release today, thanks to @in8lovewellness for CFR. Sometimes, while trying so hard to stay strong, we keep pushing our emotions down and carrying everything inside without even realizing how much we’re holding onto. I honestly can’t fully explain what this experience felt like. It’s one of those things you have to experience for yourself to truly understand. Sometimes, you just need to let yourself feel. 🤍 #cfr #traumarecovery by @in8lovewellness
🚨 If you snore AND wake up exhausted… read this. You may think you’re sleeping. But your body may be working all night just to breathe. 😳 Snoring isn’t always harmless. And waking up tired after 7–8 hours of sleep is not something to brush off. 😴 Sometimes the real issue is what’s happening with your breathing while you sleep. Sleep apnea can cause repeated pauses in breathing throughout the night. That means your body may keep getting pulled out of deep, restorative sleep. Over and over again. ⚠️ You may wake up with: 🤕 Morning headaches 😮‍💨 Dry mouth 🧠 Brain fog 🥱 Daytime exhaustion 💤 Poor sleep quality 😵‍💫 Trouble concentrating And here’s the scary part… You may not even know it’s happening. Sometimes your partner notices first. The loud snoring. The gasping. The choking sounds. The pauses in breathing. 👀 If this sounds familiar, pay attention. Ask yourself: Do I snore every night? Do I wake up exhausted? Do I wake up gasping or choking? Do I get morning headaches? Do I struggle to stay awake during the day? If yes, it’s worth getting evaluated. A proper sleep apnea evaluation can help determine what’s happening while you sleep. Because better sleep isn’t just about feeling rested. Healthy nighttime breathing matters for your energy, focus, and overall health. ❤️ If you want more information about sleep apnea, snoring, and nighttime breathing, comment “SLEEP APNEA” below and I’ll send you more. 👇 #SleepApnea #Snoring #SleepApneaAwareness #BetterSleep #SleepHealth by @in8lovewellness

What if your HEADACHES and SNORING are connected? 👀 You wake up with a headache. Your mouth feels dry. You’re exhausted even after 8 hours of sleep. Your partner says you snore. And breathing through your nose never feels completely easy. Those symptoms deserve a closer look. Because sometimes the problem isn’t just where you FEEL the symptoms. It may be worth evaluating what’s happening with your airway, nasal passages, jaw, neck, and cranial structures. At In8Love Wellness, we use Cranial Facial Release (CFR) as one approach focused on the cranial and nasal structures. People often seek CFR when dealing with things like: • Chronic nasal congestion • Facial or sinus pressure • Difficulty breathing through the nose • Headaches • Jaw tension • Snoring • Feeling pressure around the head and face And here’s the important part: If you’re snoring heavily, waking up gasping, experiencing morning headaches, or constantly exhausted, don’t ignore it. But if breathing restrictions, cranial tension, or nasal issues are part of what you’re experiencing, a comprehensive evaluation may help uncover factors you haven’t looked at yet. Stop assuming recurring headaches are “just headaches.” Stop assuming snoring is harmless. Your body may be trying to tell you something.
