A time was had ❤️❤️❤️ by @in_waitforit_credible

About last night 🥰 by @in_waitforit_credible

Quick favor! 😊

I'm wrapping up a research program this week and looking for 10 people who use social media to chat with me for about 15 minutes by Friday.

I'm curious about how people decide what to believe, question, or look into when they see things online.

No expertise needed, no right or wrong answers, and nothing to prepare!

Interested? Comment or message me. I'd really appreciate it! ❤️ by @in_waitforit_credible

Ok friends, I need to get my ass back on track...

I have been struggling and I need some accountability.

So...who wants to be accountability buddies for the next 8 weeks?

1st Phorm is opening up their app completely FREE for an 8-week challenge. Workouts, nutrition, guidance, dietician education, accountability, all of it. No credit card required and absolutely no requirement to buy anything.

But, I also want to make our own little Messenger group where we actually keep each other accountable. We can share sweaty selfies, workout check-ins, meal/recipe pics, wins, struggles, encouragement, and probably some friendly harassment when one of us disappears 😅

You don't have to be super fit (I feel like I am literally back at the beginning). You don't have to follow a specific diet. You don't even have to have the same goals as everyone else.

I just want some people who are ready to say, "Alright, enough screwing around. Let's do this!"

If you want in, let me know today (I know, I know). Comment or message me and We'll tackle the next 8 weeks together ❤️ by @in_waitforit_credible

30 days ago, I had enough.

Over the last several months, I watched the hard work I'd put in over the previous 2½ years slowly disappear.

But it wasn't just the physical changes. It was feeling like garbage all the time. It was slipping back into laziness. It was losing the drive to do anything more.

I'll also give myself grace. I was dealing with a legitimate health issue that absolutely affected my ability to function. But once my health improved, I still had to own the choices I was making. Healing didn't automatically change my habits. I had to do that.

Then everything changed.

Thirty days ago, I committed to being more intentional about how I spend my time and energy. The biggest lesson I've learned isn't about productivity. It's about having systems.

Through my 75 Hard and 1st Phorm community, I discovered Operator Standard. Operator Standard forces me to prioritize, execute, and review every single day. In just the last 30 days, I've made more meaningful progress than I could have imagined.

What started as an inspired idea has evolved into an operating model for something that I hope will one day change the way people interact with information.

The impact hasn't stopped there.
The structure, accountability, and community have reignited my commitment to becoming the best version of myself, both physically and mentally.

In the last 30 days, I have:
• Read a new book.
• Submitted my concept to an innovation showcase.
• Completed 28 days of 75 Hard.
• Cooked 75 of my last 81 meals.
• Lost over 10 pounds.

Operator Standard has become much more than a productivity system for me. It's become a commitment to keeping promises to myself.

I'm not going to lie. This is simple. It's not easy. You still have to do the work. This isn't for the weak. It isn't for the "I don't know if I'm ready," the "maybe," or the "I'll start Monday."

But if you're like me and you thrive on structure, accountability, community, and tough love, I can't recommend Operator Standard enough. It has fundamentally changed the trajectory of my life.

What 75 Hard looks like while camping 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 by @in_waitforit_credible

What consistent looked like for me 7/13 - 7/19 by @in_waitforit_credible

Life lately. 🤍

It's been a little quiet over here, but life hasn't slowed down.

Since April, I've gone back to school to start working toward my second bachelor's degree, spent weekends camping, celebrated Josh's amd my mom's birthdays, and made memories that I'm so grateful for.

Behind the scenes, though, I was struggling.

The fatigue was relentless. The brain fog was unlike anything I'd ever experienced. I started questioning myself because the habits and routines that had become second nature over the last three years slowly unraveled. My workouts became inconsistent. My nutrition slipped. I stopped feeling like me.

Then I got answers.

My labs showed I was low in vitamin D3 and had low ferritin (my iron stores), both of which can contribute to crushing fatigue and brain fog. But that wasn't the end of it. Even after I started supplements, I learned that sometimes the very things meant to help can need adjusting.

Ferrous sulfate was leaving me even more exhausted, so it became another lesson in paying attention to my body instead of assuming I just had to push through.
Healing isn't just about doing the "right" things. Sometimes it's about recognizing when something isn't working, giving yourself permission to pivot, and finding a better balance.

While, I feel frustrated that it seems like I've undone everything I've worked so hard to build, here's what I'm realizing: sometimes your body isn't asking you to try harder. It's asking you to listen.

So today, I'm starting again.

No shame. No guilt. Just grace, and the next right step.

Here's to new beginnings, even when they're not your first. ❤️

PSA

This isn’t political.
This is about human decency.

This also isn’t up for debate. It’s my opinion, on my timeline.

You are absolutely free to dislike an artist, a performance, or a genre of music. You’re free to change the channel and watch something that resonates more with you. I genuinely respect that.

What I don’t respect, and won’t associate with, is hate disguised as “preference.”

If someone singing in a language native to a U.S. territory offends you…
If phrases like “We speak English here” feel appropriate to you…
If culture, language, or identity triggers anger instead of curiosity…

Then we are not aligned. And that’s okay. This is your exit. ✌🏻

2026 is the new 2016

...and honestly? Big yes. Because 2016 me was a whole era.

Back then I was:
• Living my best jeans and chucks life (some things never change).
• Adding fresh ink...2016 me believed "If I'm entering my 30s, I should also enter my final-boss tattoo phase."
• Discovering karaoke...which quickly escalated into full karaoke-aholic mode.
• Social as hell, thriving in my early-30s era, and fully committed to "living my best life" energy.

And on the exact day this pic was taken? I was peak chaotic fun Courtney.
✅️ Brunch Bloody Mary's
✅️ Singing on the bar in O'Doherty's
✅️ Helping a friend move
✅️ Fracturing my ankle
✅️ Refusing urgent care
✅️ Walgreens run for meds + crutches
✅️ Elevating my ankle at Buffalo Wild ✅️ Wings while ordering more drinks and wings

No filter. No shame. No regrets.

So, yeah... if 2026 wants to bring back that level of carefree confidence and "oh well, we ball" energy? I'm here for it.

Here's to glow-ups, good tattoos, questionable decisions, and the decade that made me impossible to knock down

Happy 2016 (again)

Quick question for my friends who like to travel.

I’m considering stepping into a new opportunity that would let me help people plan trips by handling the details, logistics, and possible upgrades so travel feels easier and more enjoyable.

Before I move forward, I want to sanity-check interest.

If I offered this kind of help, would you be interested in support planning future trips, even just once a year?

No selling. Just genuinely curious before I decide. Feel free to comment or message me privately. by @in_waitforit_credible
